I was reading something yesterday or so that mentioned that the 288k 6 month initial government contract had options to extend and expand. Depending on what these clauses were then there may be noo need for ncyt to go through (and be awarded) the tender process. There is the chance the current contract is simply vastly expanded?

it might be free at this market cap. we pay noting for these new shares (FREE) and the cost to us would only be the devaluation of Tils (which at this market cap at today's date may be nothing), so if you are buying in these suppressed prices the new shares may very well be free to you.

its easier to market and ultimately sell,
its easier to realise the true value of the hived off asset,
it generates positive sentiment
no huge downside.

well unfortunately the 300 bid didn't hold, i had hoped 300 was a solid base

me no whats the point for a few percent, i dont trade in such a significant volume that it would make that worth while., in at 193+. i cant see this dropping much more than 290? but its drifting a little.
