will we not hear of other contracts signed
will we not get details of the UK 5 billion contract awards,
will we not see the impact on our cash holding from the considerable sales (as last cash balance was subdued because of forward spending)
will we not have the AGM/EGM details and ratification's?
Will we not have clarification on potential share buy back details?

because the market needs certainty, and an RNA brings the information directly to specific investors and publicises it. I do not agree with your assessment at all that an RNA would have no effect here.
