If they spend it all their balance sheet should remain neutral really so don't follow your point.

Well as you sort of indicate in your post, if selling for hundreds of mils or billions then £10m is nothing and a drop in the ocean if it helps facilitate a sale or higher sales price.

That said I think this extends my expected timeframe on said possible sale.

They have to move forward with mining, they can't just stand still waiting for a sale. That said doesn't seem like any sales agreement is going to be signed in the in immediate short term.

It drops, but who knows how much. And there will be a sell off in main co, compounding the drop, then a recovery of some sort in due course as their other business areas gain more traction.

But short term post split could be a little turmoil.

My take on it anyway. If a large increase prior to the new co share issue, I may top slice before shares allocated. Well I'm thinking about it anyways.

They are not just holding off for no reason, so they won't rush into it.

From their point of view the share price has done well and even at this value is up 250% ish from the start of the year. They have provided massive shareholder added value already and will hopefully continue to do so.

Sales RNA not likely due, cant see a July update this late in the month. Probably next month now.

I don't think trendz has said anything particularly untoward. They are saying when the next fairly certain update will be. This seems to be causing some angst, however on the flip side it seems ok for everyone to should about July results from the 25th of July to the 10th of August when it's likely the boards are moving from that reporting regime to the one trendz is indicating. This is no bad thing, although may facilitate a short term drop in price because of shareholder apathy and boredom.

Can't see anything wrong with your post, it's speculation on RNA dates, and there are dozens of RNA date speculation posts made every week.

they dont lose their share, they still remain a shareholder. its just a private company so much harder to buy and sell them.

I wouldn't hold in an African private company in the airline industry, just my view.
