"So, based on the Stem update RNS. Stem is being valued at £4m. That means TILS will drop by 2% post de merger to compensate. There lies the value gap that has yet to be realised"
no, stem has a book cost of £4m.
The current market value of tils does not simply reflect any book costs of the market cap would be the balance sheet total.
"Can someone find the link/quote on twitter or here that says if I don’t get the CEOs job I will not buy a single share ?"
He has said he will only commence buying if he gets the CEO role.
If he doesn't then why would he buy a minority shareholding for prices higher than he potentially sold for when he strongly disagrees with the board and the way the company is run. He might but I can't see it.
I also think he will lose the vote as it's stacked the the boards favour, they get their supporters, II support and votes given because of PI apathy.
Well we will open in the red because of the inflated UT, and get some usual Friday sellers, so probably going to be a crap day at the top of the screen.
