now is a great time to buy. we should be getting news on the Africa contract soon and we should be getting some positive news in the trading update.....and this is a great time to pump the shares if the BOD need to raise a bit more cash.
i could see this doubling from here, especially if they can put back some Iran froth. it can then gradually fall back to 10p as the Iran news fails to materialise for another quarter or 5.

i agree that normally you'd think the new year is Jan, but there is no legal definition so they can claim that in 2018 the new year is 2019.

i'd expect it to be jan, but just trying to head off the usual accusations of lying when the usual delays come in.

I think it’s another clever use of words. My reading is early in the year (at least q1) but leaves them open to have the whole year. They rarely commit to specific timeframes.....and who can blame them when so much is out of their hands.

H&N - i agree with you. it's very hard to have a useful BB when there is so much ramping which draws out some much de ramping......but i must confess that when it's quiet in the office i do like to engage with both sides for a bit of fun.

The market was told that the company expected A, B and C to happen this year.....it did not, which is disappointing, but nothing was promised that was not delivered.

little bit conspiracy theorist there.....the EU is not interested in screwing over the UK. it is playing seriously hardball in the Brexit negotiations because it want's to dissuade other members from leavings and it hold all the cards. it's not being vindictive and petty...it's p[laying the hand that it's been dealt, which just happens to be full of aces and kings.

it's a slow moving bureaucracy - a large portion of the reason that the non-racists want out - so it's taking an aged to get the SPV sorted.

if they get something in place then they will obviously let UK companies use it, otherwise it will be less effective and they'd be chopping off their noses to spite their faces.

i'm sure people have said before, if you feel this why why are you invested? if you're not invested then why do you write so emotionally?

don't want to say i told you so, but i did say that the "2nd MOU" was not happening this year.....but then i said that the Iran letters exchange would happen in Q4 so i got that one wrong.

just bought another 15,000 - why? because i'm an idiot and think that this will hit 20p at some point and i want to make another £1,500 - all my other tranches have much higher targets and i want some cold hard profits out of this thing.

i still don't see this spending all that much time below 10p (9p as it basically is now)

Since the start of September we've had one day where trading volumes were over 1m.....and that was only just - 1.058m on 1st October........this thing really has died in terms of news and trading. i appreciate that's because there has been no news to share.......but that doesn't make it nay less annoying / boring.

Have to go back to 2007 to get a December without an RNS...granted 2009 was just one saying that they weren't going to buy Pentagon, and 2012 was just an exercise of options.......but the silence is deafening....would be great if they had some thing to tell us in the next 2 weeks.

that just means the second MOU is still "alive". the last major RNS changed the wording to remove the expectation of this year (i seem to remember). so "no change", to me at least, would indicate that it's not dead and they are still hopeful that it will conver, but not specifically this year. n my mind we're not getting that MOU until next year at the earliest.

It catagorically, definitely, 100% is PF in the video. But that means the square root of sweet Fanny Adams. Even if it was connected, all it would mean is that he thought that signing the contract would make him a fortune. We all already knew that. Importantly it has no impact on the likelihood of it converting now, 2 years on. It is entirely unimportant to our current situation. But that won’t stop DHC mentioning it again and again and again.

the BoD share purchases confirmed to me that we wouldn't be hearing about the "other contract" any time soon, and the signing of letters must still be a matter of weeks off as a minimum.

silver lining is that this always struggles to go much below 10p, so whilst the markets fall this is a relatively good performer.

so do I...but is this scenario reasonable? EU capitulates, sanctions bite, Iran has to come back to the table, US claims victory and JCPOA2 is signed and sanctions are dropped? that would give Iran a chance to be strong economically and our contract to go ahead...the risk is at best it takes time, at worst the resultant regime change could scupper our contract all together.

DHC: "Nobody is getting anxious" - ha...well that's clearly not true. unless you're arguing that all those investors are already anxious and so not in fact "getting" anxious.

this is trundling towards year end with no real sign of progress......i still have high hopes of success, but my previous prediction of Q4 for the letter exchange and next year for the "other RNS" are feeling worryingly optimistic.

any progress on the political stage re Iran are welcome, but we are meant to be getting this over the line regardless of current sanctions, so to me the only positive development recently was the board purchases...and i was a little underwhelmed but them.......but then when you have so many options why pay hard cash for shares????
