There are two possible scenarios here. ONE, everyone with a positive view or claiming to have contacts is not telling the truth, nothing is happening and we lose our money. TWO, things ARE happening and an RTO may eventually happen. So basically, 1, game over, 2 game continues. Until we get an update from the BOD we don't actually know which. HOWEVER, I'm of the opinion that no update is better than the update that says scenario one is correct. SO I'm waiting. Not especially happy about it. But as I went in to this with my eyes open and knowing the risk, I'm waiting.

I don't think many can AFFORD to lose the money, though hopefully most would have been prepared to (never invest what you aren't prepared to lose). For me, this is my largest single holding - a good outcome would see me pay off the mortgage and be able to start my retirement. A bad outcome means my retirement is delayed for two years (which was always the plan, but I'd prefer the earlier option!)

approx 15 bag from here for me to break even! Be nice to think that for once the positive posibilities are actual things - but for many LTH it is a LONG way to go still!

my 46.1m says (on balance) no - I'd like a positive outcome and I hate to think (based on what I've said previously) that we could blow it at the last minute by our own actions. I wish we knew more, but as I've said before I've been in regulatory issues before - and they are a nightmare.

Not sure is the honest answer. As for the desired outcome to happen, there is cost. There is limited funding. and an AGM (or should it be EGM) ALSO has a cost. So do I want my desire for a positive outcome to be thwarted by a desire to have a meeting?

I've always been a fan of LoRes art (since the days of C64 anyway) so I like that post. But I'm also aware that time is passing and nothing is being said. Whilst nothing is better than the "we tried, we failed, will the last one to leave turn off the lights" post, I also feel that no news may not be good news. I hope I'm wrong, I could do with the money to move forward my retirement, but I feel I might not be. BOD please prove me wrong.

As I read it, the definition of a PLC is that it offers (or has offered) shares to the public - it does NOT have to be listed to have done that. As BOU has a large number of shares, it remains a PLC by that definition. It's just not one that is traded on a recognized exchange.

I'm sure like all investors I'd like this sorted. BUT I would ask those who wish to post negative things about the BOD - have you ever had to deal with an official regulator for anything? As one who has, I know how critical it can be to have every t crossed and every i dotted. And for regulators, that is sometimes t's crossed at exactly the right place and i's dotted with just the perfect size of dot. And to them ANYTHING which could be construed as veering from the strict path (which could include simple updates to shareholders) can cause them to raise questions and stall things. I'd love updates, but I'd rather none if it meant things continued to move forwards. And no update is always better than the "sorry, it's all fallen through" update.

as we are currently suspended, there is (in my account at least) no value attached to the shares - as we are suspended, they are also out of the ISA wrapper, but your holding is still your holding - HL will have them somewhere! And yes, if we relist your shares should show again.

Hendi2 - not sure what make you say it's returned to the shares register - but yes, we all should ONLY have put in what we could afford to lose - always high risk, and whilst I'd rather not lose it, if I do I do. That said, the lack of communication to me is a positive, the easiest communication would be "it's all over - company now closed". Which we haven't had.

they can ask. But they won't get anything from me, simply because I only invest what I don't mind losing - and I haven't any of that left. Pretty much all of it has already gone to this "investment"

I've given up expecting - my original plan was for this to facilitate my retirement at 60 (pension is fine, but I have a mortage to pay off and the TFC only does half of that). Plan b is to continue to work for up to two years and use the pension to pay off the rest of the mortgage. Never invest what you aren't prepared to lose. I'd love for this to come good, but my expectations are low.

Heres hoping for an update tomorrow (after all, it's the last day of September). Sadly, I suspect I shall be disappointed.

The other one I've been in for years is SJH - take a look at the latest RNS and DYOR of course, but I think there is a strong chance of sensible returns on this one for new investors.
