I love all these "it would be unfair" - yes, we took a risk. Yes we'd like a good reward. BUT this is a company on a stock market - a market where those who wish to buy and sell dictate the price at which those transactions take place. That said, I would hope we would get a pretty decent return for our wait!

they should all have moved out of an ISA wrapper, but I did note that they haven't (yet) in my II account - however, I would not be surprised to see them move out on relisting. Just have to wait and see!!

investbest - do you still not get it - limited funds, complicated discussions, delicate lines to be trod. As I've said too many times already, whilst I would have loved to have known what was going on, I'd rather NOT if it meant a return on investment. Assume you'll be selling on day one of trading based on previous comments here. No? Thought not!

you may well see a share price fall today as people react to the RNS, but the market has ALREADY reacted to the original RNS allocating those shares. Also worth noting that the major holders listed have about 65% of the company between them.

Read back over the history of the company. I think you then need to form your own view. MINE is that this company lost it's way for the last few years, BUT has now turned that corner. I'm confident enough that (as an LTH) I've recently topped up my holding. I'm currently underwater by quite a way, but I feel that this is likely to change. MY views are mine alone however, and in no way are to be taken as advice - indeed, my entire portfolio is currently massively underwater - BUT I have confidence this will change!

don't tempt fate - GR has an amazing ability to publish RNS's which bring the price crashing down! I need this to go up at least 50% to be at break even even now!!

In my mind, there are two scenaros. One, we've lost all our money. Which many are resigned to. So calling an AGM adds what value other than confirming what you've already assumed. Two, something is happening. So calling an AGM involves expense and detracts attention from what might be happening -and therefore potentially scuppers any deal. So in my mind, an AGM is of no value whatsover, and could do harm.

Frankie - some of use are so far underwater still we have no option but to stick it out! On any other company, can't help feeling todays RNS would have been taken in a positive light, but with GR in charge people read the negative

Ferdie - there speaks someone with no research done, or any knowledge of the company - you will find there isn't much available to buy as the company hold a lot of the shares.

DazedandConfused - as has been said many times, the "buy" or "sell" that you see is an algorithm that works out a best guess as to what the trade was - it is notoriously inaccurate.

DazedandConfused - whilst you are right that you can only add cash each year to that limit, there is no limit to how much your ISA can be worth after trades. So a good investor could well have increased their available cash to any amount.

yes Newuncle, as you say, information from the RNS is proper research - in common with others I've been here since Boxhill too, but this is NOT the same company - by reading the RNS you get a pretty good feel for what has changed. My comments aimed more at the less positive posts on here, which don't seem to be based on any form of research into the company!

Rather than reading ramping or deramping by some posters on here, read through the RNS history. This is a company with a troubled past, which they have taken steps to address (in my opinion). I'm about 50% down at current pricing.

Alans55, we never delisted, we just suspended trading - trust me, there is a MAJOR difference - your shares should still be in the account, and should never have left. Might need to have a little word with Lloyds.

previous high a little misleading there, as this share has renamed - as an LTH I can tell you my average is a LOT higher than your previous high!

yes, my Bed and Isa order was executed today - much better to be in the ISA. Been in it for the long term already, quite prepared to wait - I think people have totally misread todays RNS - but as we know, George is very good at writing that sort of RNS!! (the ones that can be misinterpreted!!)

My original trading account holding was at an average of about .7 of one pence. With later top ups I'm at around half of that

£1.50 would still see me under water! Fingers crossed those books stand up even better than that then!!

as a LTH with experience of George's ability to write an RNS that guarantees a price drop, I remain of the opinion that the EPO changed the game here. That change remains in place. Based on that, the current drop is unjustified in my opinion and I've topped up a little.
