Sounds like you put more money in here MarktoOiler than you should have done. We only know what we have been told, and that is that there are issues outside the boards control. We are a cash shell, we need to plan our spending, and according to the accounts they've done that. There were offers on here before to buy shares privately - maybe you should search for some of those posts and make a private trade, then move onto pastures new? For the rest of us, whilst silence isn't what we'd want, posting nothing when there is nothing to post in terms of an RNS sounds right to me. AND as I've said before, I'd rather no RNS and progress than an RNS saying "we tried, we failed".

RichiN - my crystal ball hasn't worked for years - but if you look at the last RNS and the accounts they will shed some light on the situation. At the moment, the news is that we are waiting. Some fear that the next news will be "we failed" but that news hasn't landed, so all we have to go on is what we have been told. Read into that what you will.

For any new investors, I do hope this is the time it comes good. A ten bag from here would be nice. Because for many LTH a ten bag isn't much more than a break even!

Oh for heavens sake. You criticise the board for not planning - then they plan spending to (I would suggest) ensure that they don't run out before things are (as we hope) settled. A plan for the next year is surely a good plan - it does not at any point say that plan indicates that any outcome will take that long, merely that the board have made a plan. Yes, I really want to be able to have a non zero value for this in my portfolio, but constant carping does no one any good.

I've said before, I'm happier with no information = no updates because that means no spending of money - of course I want this done, but I'd rather it got done than they spent all remaining money on pointless "we have no more information" updates. I suspect quite a lot of the posters on here have never run a company or been involved with company finances - whilst you may think it only takes 5 minutes and costs a couple of quid, that's not how it works in business - even if sometimes it should be!

whilst clinging on to hope, should probably mention that 5 of the 6 largest "holders" are nominee companies - in other words, share dealing services who list the combined holding of their many investors. I'm part of Interactives holdings.

two thirds of the way through January, wonder how long we wait for the accounts - fingers crossed not too long, be nice to have SJH listed again!

As far as I know, though I'm NOT a tax expert, the amount you paid is the capital. That was your own personal investment. At the time you sell, it will be the difference that is assessed for CGT. I suspect a LOT of trades will take place early on assuming we re-list as people carry out "bed and ISA" transactions to avoid potential CGT.

at the moment Qwertyii, your shares are not listed, but (if you can find a buyer) can be privately traded. Based on the last update, there appears to be confidence that something will happen. The something could well involve a fund raise (almost a certainty), and then depending on the outcome your shares may be listed again and tradeable on the open market. I'm in for over eight times your investment, so I'm definitely hoping for a positive outcome!

nightye1J - Whilst agreeing that silence is a little irritating on the face of things, an update costs money - I for one would rather radio silence and an ultimately succesful outcome than regular updates culminating in a "we've run out of money and it's all off" update.

I'll repeat what I've said before - at this stage there are two possible outcomes - we have a deal or we don't. End of. We hope for the former, and I tend to the view that no comms is better than a "we tried we failed" comm. Of course, some comms would be good. But for now, we must wait. we've waited this long, a little longer is OK for me. And for those who want out, there was an offer from someone a while ago to buy shares - although not listed, private trades can happen, so maybe you can recoop some of your investment that way. For me, I'll wait. If I was wrong to invest, I was wrong. If not, well that's a nice thing to have!

haveNoClue - that I think would have been RKB - the beekeeper - but everyone invested on their own research, or feelings at least at the time - I still have my fingers very crossed!
