todays price is pretty much launch price - and we know that some LTH have sold up which will have been the reason for the fall. Let it settle a bit and then hopefully there will be movement in an upwards direction! All I know is today my daily graph for my portfolio will have seen a healthy decrease in the overall loss - though I'm still down on pretty much everything I thought was a winner!!

Sorry TRA1 - the best I can get on II is "Your account is not currently set up to trade complex instruments. Due to consumer protection regulations, you will need to complete our >Appropriateness Assessment Form online to allow you to do this." - which basically means they don't recognize it yet. I'm in no rush to top up, but it doesn't work for me (or others I imagine).

TRA1 - you might have been able to but whatever I've tried in II it's not accepted it!

dickie3times - there is an annual investment limit on an ISA - so for some the reason to use a tax liable account is because they have more to invest. That's not me I hasten to add! My own conventional trading account was set up ages before I was able to set up an ISA and as pretty much all my portfolio is underwater at the moment there is no merit in transferring to the ISA

dickie3times - wait till they start trading first - and then as long as your broker allows bed and isa you can transfer, same as you would any other share. Up to you when you do it.

as an LTH still over 50% down, it's not FOMO, it's HOGIB (Hope of getting it back!)

it's very simple - for every 500 shares you held in Bou, you will hold 1 in Cizzle. Any balance can be ignored. That gives you your holding. Forget anything about the price, the price that will THEN matter to you is the price they trade at - especially the price when you want to sell. I suggest you keep it that simple.

It has for every other share I've had that's changed it's ticker - including THIS one - we used to be a different ticker as LTH's know!

brotherhoodofbri - the amount of shares you will receive is 1 share for every 500 you currently hold. The price has nothing to do with it.

if you had 499 shares, your position is worse than you think Roobler - for every 500 old shares you get one new share. 499 is less than 500 shares, so you end up with no holding. However, ignoring that, the price per share is the issue price NOT the sale/trading/anything else you want to call it price. So your shares are worth whatever price they are when you sell them.

6pm is an odd time, and totally impossible for me to attend due to other commitments (which can't be re-arranged). Hopefully we'll get a summary or key points on here at some point from those who can!

OK, Point taken Dazlar39 - didnt' mean to come across as condescending. There is plenty of information to read on the company website and on this board though, which does answer the question you posed.

do keep up! Read the information which you can see on the companies website, or just spend a happy hour or so reading back over the posts on here (the website is the recommended way of getting the whole picture though!!)

In the voting mailbox under portfolio II now have the Ordinary meeting - so my votes are now in - in favour of course.

3012038 shares divided by 500 with no remainder gives you 6024 new shares. You paid according to my maths 9940.79 based on the average you gave. So that means you new "Average" will be just about 60.5 pence
