well, it would be nice - but as we are waiting on regulatory bodies, the RNS may still be some time away - and it is possible we have people who read dates and treat them as cast iron guarantees - if these people haven't done proper research, we could have selling. Sadly I'm out of funds to top up or any drop would see me loading up!

Thanks for that. Today sees my notional value higher than my investment - for the first time in pretty much as long as I've been holding - which I think must be 7 years!!

true WayneJ, but don't forget that the delay is (it appears) regulatory and therefore outside of the control of the company

I think some forget how few shares there are in free float in this one- if you can buy at this level I'm sure you won't regret it!

chrishutch - if this reaches 7p, it will mean I'm still over 50% down on my original investment - as will be the case for many who held prior to the current ticker. I'm hopeful that with the right news I may get close to getting my money back - maybe even a slight return on investment - but don't be surprised if a number of LTH bail when/if the price is right.

and for those concerned about the transaction in that RNS, just remember it was always there to be exercised and consider what your response would have been if it had been done at a price of £5 or more.

I'm a VERY LTH (back to BOX days) but even so I've done research - via various platforms, RNS and this board. It seems from the comments here today that some peoples view of research is "oh, this share is going up, people on the chat are saying it's going to 10bag, I'd better buy in". Those same people then read between the lines of chat on the board and panic. So far, the CEO has made promises and delivered on those - sometimes later than he'd hoped but these have been through things outside his control - perhaps going forwards, a little less firmness on dates might be a plan. I'd suggest people look at the last few MAJOR investors and consider what sort of due diligence and research THEY would have done before putting in MANY times more than any of us at a price MUCH higher than any of us.

Jdcarling11 - "badly timed RNS" - I may be wrong, but exercise of warrants I would imagine REQUIRES an RNS. I would also put to people - those warrants were always outstanding and always at that price - they COULD have been exercised when the price was much higher - they weren't. I'd also suggest a little research into the company that held those warrants. To each their own, I've done my research, and I bought more today. If you'd rather sell, I wish you luck in your other investments. For me, this is a hold.

There is a clear plan, and that plan keeps being delivered on. We have high net worth investors who have put money in at a significant premium to current market price - and they aren't doing it for love. There will be ups and downs on the way, but the trajectory is clearly upwards.

shareseeking - same as the rest of us - in the RNS - despite the little red dot, if you click on the RNS tab you can read it!

one possible answer is that we trade on the US market, so those intra-day trades could be those - not sure though

to top up. Not sure why such a drop today, but take your chances when you can - with big investors having paid premium prices I cannot see this staying this low for long.

RachelsDad - I'm with you there, but I wish I'd never heard of PSL - been in long enough - currently TNT are looking (famous last words) at making back all my losses in all other investments. I'm so far underwater on this one it's not true.

Alice-Wright- I'm tempted to say rip of long term holders, but I won't stoop that low. As to what the company actually does, take a look at the RNS details - and check back on the BOU ticker

don't forget we trade on the US market too, so those "late buys" could be US trades being accounted for here.

There will be traders who bought in just before our most recent rises who aren't interested in the company, rather would like to take their significant profits. Which is fine. For those who are investing, this gives the chance for some to increase their holding, for others to sit back and wait. Remember, the available shares in this company are on the low side, and (imho) as those rushing for a profit sell, the quantity available to trade will reduce as true investors will be buying on the dips and NOT selling any time soon.

if you glance back at the RNS's you will see some shares traded for what was then a significant premium and discussion at the time suggested that this was madness. As I remarked earlier, the investors are not investing for charity, they are investing for the prospect of a decent return. As a LTH (this is the third name of the company since I invested) I'm now seeing a decent return, but I'm not selling anytime soon!

I've been in since Boxhill. But I would suggest you ignore the past - that company was an entirely different beast with fingers in many pies. Since the new CEO took over there is a strategic vision, and high net worth investors who have paid a significant premium to the current share price. I suggest to you that these investors aren't a charity and are expecting a significant return on investment. Reading the last years worth of RNS should help any individuals here who want to find out about the company and it's prospects.

HorsesGob - wish I was only 90% down - decided to put in a small amount today to bring my holding up to a multiple of 750 so at least I don't loose any more on consolidation! That said, I now forget about this share as an investment for the foreseeable!

I think that's just LSE themselves - if you look the company up on FT they show with correct activities (which I would guess match companies house)
