for new investors - (1) read the RNS since the start of the year. (2) take note that the US listing is to be activated soon (3) note that the share price is below the year high (4) make your own call based on that. Anyone predicting a share price at a certain point is guessing, but based on the above points it is my opinion (and ONLY an opinion) that in the balance of probability the value of this share will increase from here. As to how much, that's your guess! I know what my current target is in terms of value!

bamb - here's hoping - LTH (like me) need something like a 10 bag from here to break even!

dusterinmong - providing people are taking a medium to long term view I think your bagging prediction is fair - we may well find that the current funding round is at a premium even to a 10 bag. for those "investing" to make a quick buck, the volatility still remains, though remember that some of those purchases will be people taking the medium to long term view, thus reducing the free float available to trade still further!

I suspect a significant number of investors on AIM have bought into shares on the promise of good things to come - which have turned out to be too good to be true. So perhaps that is the view here - especially with the world situation. I know I have a number of shares that have failed (so far) to deliver on what I'd expected - to the extent that my overall portfolio is about 50 pc of my original investment. Why do I think this one ISN'T a case of emperors new clothes? We have a great team, we have high net worth investors who will have done significant research before investing, we have patent applications in and we have a demonstration of what can be delivered. We also have a very low amount of shares in "free float" - so based on all that, I remain positive. To new investors, or those thinking - do some reading and make up your own mind.

Jay - there will be people basing their "investments" on the top half of the last RNS - which was the bit drawing a line under the past. They haven't read or appreciated the bottom half. Which provides an opportunity for people who have read it to buy in at a discount to the HNW investors. As we are on AIM and subject to day traders etc, I would expect day to day volatility - and would suggest that anyone buying regards this as a medium to long term investment. Based on that I would still suggest (but DYOR as always) that the probability of getting a sensible return on your money is on the high side!

swervington - didn't spot any ramping. Did spot quite a few who have done research. There will be those who want to make a quick buck, or have need of the cash - there will then be others who quietly purchase a little more to hold for a year or so. Which then makes it even more tricky for those who want in to find any shares on offer - take a look at the free float, then deduct what you think sticky fingered PI's like me hold - that's all there is to hoover up. HNW investors have put money into this at a premium to todays price.

The price will continue to fluctuate probably around current levels for a while - especially after our recent gains - there will be day traders wanting to cash that in, and possibly long term holders wanting to derisk (personally, I see no risk or reason to reduce my holding - every one of my shares gives me more opportunity to be a part of this journey). Whilst we have short term traders, we will have volatility. BUT there will be people who want to hold for gold increasing their holdings. Those shares will not be available to trade, which will mean that the price direction over time is only going up. Read the RNS announcements for the last year and make your own view on this, but remember, we've already had people agreeing to invest at a price way over the current share price. People who expect a decent return on their investment I'd suggest.

no predictions for any one day Jay - there will be those who read the wrong lines in the accounts and sell based on the past - this isn't a share about the past, this is one for the future - the past is now dealt with, the future could be very interesting. See my other posts as when more and more investors lock in, the price will rise. the IP the company already have is in my opinion worth more than the share price today suggests, and this is only the start.

Whilst we have low free float we also have (a) day traders who want to get in and out quick with any gains they can and (b) some long term holders who need to get the cash out for whatever reason. We also "suffer" from being in the eyes of some a company with a long time presence on AIM and are being judged on the past. Just to remind new comers however, we already have high net worth investors on board who have seen more (I'm sure) than we would be privy to and have committed significant funds at a premium to current share values. The next round of investments we have been told will be at a higher rate than the initial ones. IF you have money to lock away for at least a year, I would suggest this isn't a bad bet on those terms. Remember too that for every investor (so one who holds for medium to long term gains) that comes in here, the amount of shares available to buy reduce by that persons holding.

hopefully the message may finally be getting across to AIM investors - you have the chance to get in on what is effectively a startup company with a fantastic team onboard at a fraction of the price high net worth investors are willing to pay. Take a look at the free float - and remember that a fair chunk of that isn't free at all, it's in the hands of PI's who aren't letting go!

we know there are always day traders who don't bother with research to speak of and don't want to hold for any amount of time - and that's fine. For me, I know my current exit price (and I will re-asses as we get close to that as to what I then want to do) and we aren't there yet - happy to hold!

I also didn't quote the bit that gives the HNW investors a chance of putting in more money at a very discounted price PROVIDING the mcap is at a certain level - as always, DYOR but I don't think it takes much to work out that we are lower than the previous years high - and we have more on the table than we had back then!!

Sharebel - you know those acronyms at the bottom of your post? especially the DYOR bit?! I'd suggest it's what the people who paid a premium did. I'd suggest it's what those holders who are holding have done. And it's pretty clear it's something you don't even understand! As should have been obvious from my post, I gave you an historic example of investors in this share agreeing to pay a premium to the share price. That was before we could demonstrate anything. We now have patent applications and a demonstrable product. So I'd suggest to you that those investors putting in WAY more than you or I could ever afford might just have done their research. Each to their own, I know my current exit target and we are no where near it yet!

Sharebel - and others - I quote from the RNS in March regarding funding
"The Subscriptions are for two equal commitments for 148,511 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), priced at 504 pence per Ordinary Share, at an exchange rate of £1.00:$1.336 (the "Subscription Price")." Now I'm no genius at maths, but to me those investors have agreed to pay a premium to the then (and now) share price. Dilute as much as you like on those terms say I!

Also worth remembering that the previous high was at a time when we didn't have patent applications in or any demonstration of what has been achieved so far - so I'd suggest the price has a long way to go even with CURRENT information!

greybadger - that's the point though, MOST investors aren't the HNW investors - who will have more insight into the road map in my opinion.

greybadger - before I retired I worked for a startup - not on the same scale, but the investors put in many millions to support the dream - that's what happens with startups. You need to remember that although we are an existing company, this is a new business effectively - you would normally NEVER get the chance to invest in such a company, but the high net worth investors DO get the chance, and DO know what to look for. PI's still haven't got to grips with this, but the shares are undervalued even today.

MakePumps12 - as we know, there are people who want to make a quick profit - so anyone who bought in a week ago will have seen a reasonable increase. So the day traders will be taking that money. The long term holders with money to spare (sadly not me) may well be buying up and holding - which as we know, reduces the amount available to trade. As I've said before, the price today, yesterday or tomorrow doesn't interest me that much - the direction of the company does, and so far this looks like it could be my best investment (currently down on paper, but that is paper and I'm not selling!)
