JTallow - agreed entirely - remember on the first of the two recent RNS we hit £4 - I think £5 is very fair, and I'd hope for much higher this time next year.

JTallow - a word of caution to those expecting a massive rise in the price - I'd love that, but as I recall, when the first investment landed the price went up but didn't hit the level of the price the investors paid - that price is the value they are prepared to place (as is the current value) on the company when generating revenue - for which, they get the promise of more shares at a massive discount IF the market cap hits certain marks - which to me is a massive vote of confidence in where this company is going. This is now the company I have the highest investment in, and I'm very happy with how things are going - the next year will (I think) be very interesting!

Crabtree by accident seems to have made a sensible call - for those who want to INVEST in this company, the value will come over time - I'm hoping that a year from now we will see a lot more value in the company, but Rome wasn't built in a day. NOT comparing or suggesting, but imagine you had the chance to be an investor in Tesla or Apple when they were start ups.

I'll even extend your merry Xmas wish (at least a little) to the trolls, in that some LTH will have managed to average down this week (I wasn't going to buy more, but I got paid and I really couldn't resist the bargain basement price).

Theanalyzer - no issue with that - the previous incarnations had multiple fingers in multiple pies. We now have a vision and as you say are effectively a start up - my issue was with the post around losing investors millions - I was never that far under water on this in it's various forms! And as I didn't sell, I didn't lose a penny anyway!

Lets take facts as facts. Earlier in the year, a HNW investor paid a premium even on todays prices. During the year, proof of concept demonstrated. Strong team built, document produced to show the road map for progress. New HNW investor announced. End of Year report being brought to the fore (we will know more on this on Friday). Those are all the positives. By all means focus on the second RNS from last week. I'll focus on Friday and beyond.

Crabtree - yes, this is Boxhill/St James House - now can you give ANY evidence that either version of the company failed - too have been in since those days and am showing a healthy profit - so I've no idea what rubbish you are spouting about investors losing millions.

wherever it is swervington avoid it like the plague! As Benny told us he sold at a loss here I can only assume his aim is to lose money as fast as possible.

And one of those trolls (oh so wise) posted on the 19th "Sold at a loss" - assuming that poster actually had any to start with, selling this share at a loss tells me all I need to know!!

that's the chat board before you ask - IF you believe in the company, the current price is a bargain (and one I couldn't resist so my holding has gone up a wee bit and the free float down a similar bit). If like me you are invested for the value in the medium to long term, the daily movement whilst annoying doesn't do anything. SO if you believe, buy or hold. If you don't, you are probably already out of here and have made your feelings known - good luck in your investments (though from the tone of the posts, you are gamblers (aka traders) not investors. I'm seeing no reason to join in any discussions as the views of those who ignore the first of the two recent RNS are clearly set in stone and serve no purpose anymore. Just consider - bennyblanco has a history of posting on ONE share only. This would suggest either someone who has no investments at all, or an alias account (I wonder if the reference to our weekend deramper might be a clue). This is a pre-revenue start up, so is on the high risk side. No risk, no reward. That's the downside. Now the up, over the last year we have had two significant investments from very financially aware sources. Those sources would have been very sure to have done due diligence - which for our most recent investor would have included awareness of the short term funding. I leave it to investors to decide if the large money says anything more than the outpourings of a one share account!

bennyblanco - if this gets to a pound I'm selling ALL my other shares and going all in on this one!

My experience of that person is that he is a MAJOR deramper - presumably so he can buy into shares at a low price and make a fast buck - the low level we are at now suggests a good few will do exactly that tomorrow - which in turn could cause the price to go up then back down - giving them a rinse a repeat option! For those who share the BOD's vision, it's a chance to still buy in at the ground level of what (assuming all goes as planned) could be massive. DYOR as always.

I'm surprised that the price came this low, but as to "most selling them" - well, I bought more, and I know a few others did too. As I said earlier, if you believe in the company, this price is a bargain. if you don't, there is no shortage of other shares to put your money into. Some will call me an idiot for not selling when I was 100% up - I could have done, but I don't trust my luck - I'm buying and holding - and we'll see in a year if my plan was a good one or not!

for me, fundamentals have not changed - so for anyone who thinks the same, current price is a bargain. BUT only if you want to invest and hold (well, actually, at this price I think traders could well take a punt a get a result!) I am currently nominally 15K down on my share value from last week on this one - and I'm not worried in the slightest - indeed, having been paid I put in some more . whilst day to day movement is interesting, I'm looking a year forward on this one. My thanks to those who enabled me to average down today - my notional exit price has come down a whole pound as a result (I have a target value in mind for my holding)

Well said DNA1. Might I suggest that those who have done research and wish to buy do so - over the course of the next two months I would not be surprised to see the share price move up and down staying at something like or just above current levels. As the new year progresses more of the pieces will become clearer and the price will start to trend upwards. Nothing is certain in life, but the team onboard and what has been demonstrated and delivered so far suggest to me that this has a better than many chance of delivering. DYOR of course.

Whilst I accept the comments around the CLN, it is important to note (I suggest) that in this case THAT RNS was issued on the same day as a second funding RNS. It is my opinion that the parties to the first one would have been aware of the contents of the second one (because otherwise they could reconsider - and the BOD knew that). This I suggest needs to be bourne in mind when assessing this share and it's potential. I would also remind people that we are in what is effectively a start up company, and investors should be looking to this to come good in a year or mores time.

agreed - for anyone new to Tintra, read BOTH RNS issued on Friday - remember that the investors on the first one would have known about the second one. Remember too this is in essence a startup company, the sort that PI's don't usually get the chance to be a part of. Now as with all startups, this could go under - but looking at the team onboard and the progress so far (see tweets etc) I tend to think it is likely to succeed. At the end of the day, it is down to each individual to make a call on what to do - for me, that was hold on Friday (and wish I'd had spare cash to top up). For me, that's take notice of the confidence of the HNW investors, and take a lot less notice of those who suddenly pop up out of the blue with no evidence of any skin in the game, let alone multiple millions of UK pounds! That is totally my call, others can call it as they see it and I wish them luck.

Dan55 - I would assume based on the chat that people got spooked by the second RNS (and forgot the first). For me, investors have an opportunity that some thought wasn't likely to buy in at low rates - if you want to trade, then this share may not be for you - if you want to invest, well, you know my thoughts by now!

Silverfish1 - I just wish I had more spare cash - but as I don't and stick to my rules of not investing what I cannot afford to lose sadly I've missed out. That said, I'm still in profit on this one (been here since Boxhill!)
