applegarth - surely you know the simple rule - if it says "forward to all your friends" "notify all your contacts" etc it's spam. and you can use snopes to check out the truth of many such things.

no, chat link will continue, and delisting doesn't stop you owning shares in the company - nor indeed trading them if you wish, though it's more difficult to do as you need to find the buyer yourself - others more experienced than I would be able to advise on that if required I'm sure.

It would be good to get this finalised. As a contractor for less than a year, and with no guarantee of an income beyond Aprils bill (which will cover May) thanks to the current situation I could have done with this being done and dusted. But if it had been, I imagine like pretty much all other shares it's value would have tumbled anyway.

no derisked personally, not by a long way. BUT I only invested money "I could afford to lose" - well, of course, I'd rather not lose it, but as it was redundancy money I didn't have it much before I invested it. We have a significant investor who stands to lose way more than I - doubt he's derisked. But news or no news, there is nothing we can do other than wait. Guts/Sources/candles in the wind (no one suggested the last one as an option) are all well and good - but we are where we are, and we will be - well, who knows?!

Having been involved in various business discussions with NDA's in place, I know the importance of saying nothing. I'd rather things got sorted and we knew, but I'd much rather NOT know and have the discussions conclude succesfully than know and cause any negotiation to fail. I'd love for this to come good sooner rather than later - but it takes as long as it takes. I remain hopeful of a positive outcome.

I put my redundancy money in here. However, my plan was to work for another three years, by which time I would have paid off the mortgage. That plan doesn't involve this share. IF things come good (and the recent tidy up's at companies house and RNS suggest they should) then that plan can be moved forward - which would be nice! If I lose the money, well, I didn't have it before I was made redundant, so whilst I'd rather not lose it, nothing really lost (as it were)

The most recent RNS plus the companies house activity all points to tidying up and removing any potential skeletons, which I imagine is a good thing. We must just be patient - after all, we are currently locked in!

siborg - read both posts - the "there is currently" is a correction to the typo in the previous post! However, as regards the overall thread, I would read nothing into LSE's sudden showing of the ticker - the system has been doing strange things all week for me!

I wouldn't read much into that - my Interactive Investor account has always shown a value - with past experience, they only drop to zero on delisting (we are not expecting that here though!!!)

Don't read too much into it - once a share is suspended, LSE drop it off the active list - happened with enough of my shares over the years. I would imagine at that point they add the .L to indicate it's on the London Stock Exchange.

Have you read the RNS's?! Currently suspended from trading - we hope (expect) temporarily prior to an RTO.

Whilst factually correct, we need to remember that that is the prescribed wording for a suspension. The use of the word TEMPORARY has no other significance. Rather more to be bourne in mind IMHO is the significant holding and commitments of our main holders. Who presumably wouldn't really be planning on throwing that much money away.

that 500% sounds familiar to this LTH on THIS share! However, despite that, I've topped up again recently - if nothing else, it brings the average down. But fair warning, that probably signals this share price plummeting again! Based soley on my track record of investments!
