To put the rise into some perspective, some of us are still down on our investment even with the OO. That however was to be expected - without news we are still in some element of guesswork, BUT the research done suggests good things.

It's not a placing, it the exercise of warrants at the price they stated in the warrants.

Some positive news in the RNS - keep it up!

Mention was made a while back of some of the RTO's of recent times, and comment was made on EVRH - if you check the chat at the moment you will see that the management have got their act together - people are talking of high returns from current level. Draw comparisons to here I suggest!

I quite like an 8% upwards move on no news. Still think we need to sit quietly in our little corner troubling no one until we DO get the news though!

ability to read an RNS correctly seems to be sadly lacking from so many people - but falls in price give holders a chance to top up I guess! NOT that I've any spare cash to do so at the moment (though I'm tempted!!)

Lejjb - I didn't say I trusted them, just that statistics can be used to show anything you want! Especially at the moment with this share as we are all working on assumptions and speculation - founded on good research however. Last couple of days suggest (I hope) that the sellers have gone, and the LTH have no more money to top up!! I'll be quite happy for us to sit quietly in the AIM dark corner all forgotten about until we get the news!!

I've occasionally thought of selling to buy back, then given thought to (a) the spread and (b) the chances that the volume I'd want would actually be available! I don't want to be out of this when the news hits.

for those who have the time and ability to watch, selling when a share is falling and then buying back in makes sense as you increase your holding - the spread here is quite big, so you'd have to think it would fall a lot - we got up to about 15% up at one point today, then fell back to the 4 ish percent - so it MAY be that we are currently at around the bottom - but who knows? Without news, anything is possible - but for me, it was an opportunity to top up a little more, and then sit and wait. Patiently.

AdriunUK - mostly agreed, unless your view is that the price will fall enough to make a sale now worth your while - sell at this level, wait for a massive drop, buy back in. NOT that I think that's going to happen.

RKB may well be one of many who have decided the price is going down, so get out. Whilst there are people who think that, the prophecy becomes self fulfilling. Even if those sellers intend to benefit long term, getting out now to get in again lower makes sense - the trick is working out when to sell and when to invest. My gut feeling is that we are at the lower end of the range for the price and it's now more likely that the price will rise - but as always (a) that's my GUESS and (b) without news anything is still possible - investments at the moment are based on speculation - though one hopes well researched and informed speculation.

plus a link earlier in the week (which may be a complete red herring) when read talked about VR in the health sector. Guessing is fun - but will be easier for the share price to rise when we stop guessing because we know!

As with many RNS announcements, the wording is tricky to read - this one having the two commas could be read in two ways. However, the one CLEAR way of reading it is that Antos has purchased the warrants. That to me means he's changed the ownership of those warrants and paid for them (I may have read that wrong). It also means regardless of the first meaning he has paid some more money, and has the right to buy at some point another 3%.

I've said before that I can see the price hovering around the current levels, going slightly up and slightly down. Based on that, we are currently due a "slightly up" phase (!). BUT it's clear that either people don't read RNS's at all, or they are taking this on one thing only, which is we are currently a cash shell - or a company with no income and some expenditure. Without the actual FACT of a known RTO it seems they are reluctant to invest. Based on the business track record of our number one holder, I've topped up again today as I am positive about the future direction, and would rather buy at the current bargain basement price than try to top up AFTER we get news. Assume that the rash of joke posts yesterday were comment towards peoples ability to read and the current share price!!

We are looking at a company that provides the health care and lighting for a large number of gold mines.
Personally, I'll wait till we get an announcement - with the stake Antos has in the company, and the warrants, I'm confident that if he is that confident, I'm that confident.

with no news, this will continue to move slightly up, slightly down, probably staying slightly (but only very slightly) above current levels. That's my guess. Once we have the news we are expecting, it's a different story, and is then dependent on future prospects - as against future suspension, which whilst unlikely is the current ticking clock I guess some are concerned about. Though as we've all said enough times, the information you will get from research tends to suggest that clock isn't ticking to zero.
