good to see another RNS, and some interesting numbers in the holdings (even if no real change) - my maths puts about half the company in the hands of significant investors.

be nice if this is the case - we've been living on promise for a while, and a change in direction for the share price is perhaps overdue! News will help that's for sure!

MadChatter - even at the lowest (OO) price, Antos has put in over well over 30K. And he won't have got them all at OO price. I imagine he has a very clear idea of what he needs to do. I don't need to know what his plan is, I just have to believe in my own research and those rather nicely lined up ducks. Also worth mentioning there is very little time difference (just over a week) between the two holding RNS's.

I like that logic. I can only see plus sides to any interpretation of the timing.

Timing is interesting - the last RNS was at start of day, and prompted lots of buying and increase in price. This one is end of day, perhaps to prompt selling and have people geared up to snap up the bargains? Just a thought!!

You could read it the other way and see that he hasn't increased his shareholding. Which is almost certainly to plan, with other buyers taking up extra's. Ducks remain rather neatly aligned, though I imagine there will be selling tomorrow from those who panic on what is really no news at all.

My "local problem" took a simple phone call to resolve - I have a nice round number of shares in my ISA account again!

I could do with it falling a bit as I'm in the middle of a "bed and ISA" and they seem to be taking a while to join all the dots. I'd quite like to round up again when they have finished, but as my cash balance is currently negative on my ISA (due to a lack of joined dots!) I cannot do this!!

Yes, I took the opportunity to do a tiny top up - and also to round up my holdings to an exact number of zeros - can't hurt!

We are still (slightly) in the land of speculation of outcome - at which point, the price can still fluctuate up and down - some are in a hurry for news - whilst it would be good, I'm happy to see steady overall progress. A little up, a little down, neither here nor there. It's the targets that matter!

ah, one of the great mysteries of life. Like why there is always a spoon in the bowl when you pour out the water. Or why you have so many odd socks even though they go into the wash in pairs. That said, possibly a bit of research might help?

like the thinking - would also suggest that 1000% could be conservative. On much less news than the last RNS here a share I sold out of (the day before it started doing 1000%!) was a 10 bagger.

fair enough, but RTO is what was outlined. I'm no businessman, but significant shareholders in this ARE and I have a strong belief they know exactly what they are doing.

Neonicotinoid - I think you will find the two terms mean the same thing - regardless, this is now a cash shell with the stated aim of trying to negotiate an RTO. Based on that and my own research, I believe the share price is going up. I have a target in mind, as and when that is reached I decide if that target needs to be re-assessed. I also have an exit strategy if this seems to be going wrong. Again, to be re-assessed if necessary. Sensible investment strategy imho.
