That EVRH has reached a turning point. The potential is big, but the timescales are a lot longer than perhaps some of us thought - however, patience is rewarded (we hope!!)

This is AIM - the slightest thing can send shares running rapidly in either direction. Especially for those who buy/sell based on activity or news alone. Research is key.

Thanks for the kind words RKB - as I say, this is the second time in four years, but this time I'm ahead of the game in terms of getting onto the job sites, but I'm also looking at alternatives. I have a limited company in place, so can easily take on short term contracts, and these seem to be around. Things do have a habit of working themselves out. I'm currently in the education sector and our 16-18 yr numbers are much lower than planned for so there is a need to save £2m - they are losing some amazing people (referring to the others I know who are going) and I suspect they will struggle as a result - but that's their problem.

my reading of the RNS is a positive one, and hopefully is the pre-cursor of further positive news from SJH

I'm in North Herts, but I've had lots of offers for the north - but with a young family, North Herts is where I'd like to be. Plenty of options I'm sure. Last time I felt like I'd been kicked everywhere, this time I'd love to stay (I enjoy the job and think I add value) but if they want to pay me off, so be it. Things have a habit of working themselves out I find!

it is what it is - I got into this position three and a half years ago after redundancy, the need to save money means they have to downsize and my middle management area is the one targetted - of course, what the Job Description says and what I actually do are at serious variance, so I suspect that things will start being done a lot slower/less efficiently/not at all, but that's their loss. My ideal scenario now is that this starts moving forwards to give me some income, and therefore more time. but whatever happens happens.

today I got my redundancy notice - so whilst I can afford to lose my entire investment, it would also be nice for this one to start moving in the other direction. So fingers are crossed for news soon!

No, the doom merchant has done no research and serves no purpose other than to wind people up. I'm holding and looking forward to the future.

Lets see. LTH had an OO, which involved putting in more money (or selling part to fund). So LTH are now invested more heavily than before and probably have little more to put in (generalisation). BUT they have done research so are holding. Newer purchasers may have done little or no research, and get spooked by RNS news, so decide to sell at a loss to avoid making a bigger loss. Which makes shares available, but the LTH aren't in the market to buy, so the price falls. HOWEVER, todays price, tomorrows price, whatever day before news, is not an issue. If we did our research and believe the fundamentals remain the same, it is the price AFTER the news that matters.

It did finish higher in a way - after the panic sell it started getting into Richboy numbers - well, the first digit of his prediction anyway - and then rallied. As I commented earlier, I expect this to move up and down a while yet, until we get actual news. At which point it's only going one way.

I imagine there will be some who saw a chance to double their money, and will take that. I also suspect that a larger number see a chance for that multiplier to be a LOT higher. Mine stay in my account.

consider - what has changed from your research as a result of the meeting?
(1) a board member has gone and a new one has arrived.
(2) resolutions all passed as we wanted
(3) nothing else - we carry on as before. Be patient. Until the news we expect around RTO this share price is going to go up and down like a yoyo on speed!

As I understand it, the current board is looking to negotiate and carry out an RTO. Which hasn't changed, and we have onboard members who have the skillset to do that (imho).

whatever the screen shot says, the RNS says the money has to be paid by 11am today, and dealing in the new shares starts on Friday.

lot of trading today, including some large ones at the end. People talking about money not having gone out for the OO (but as long as it's paid by 11am Tuesday 21st it's OK). Meeting tomorrow. Hoping for news. No news yet though. That's about it!!

I'm with you Nennyb - tomorrow is simply the meeting and the finalisation of the offer. There may be announcements on the back of that, but until the RTO details get announced were are still trading on assumptions. And until Friday, on current holdings too (NOT that I'm selling those or the OO ones for the foreseeable!)

With BACS, I imagine it's OK - the RNS said "payment in full for the Open Offer Shares applied for must be received by 21 May 2019, by no later than 11.00am on 21 May 2019"
