Again fwiw I believe Thorn did that - there were some big prints in AVCT shortly after the sell here.

I do think it’s fair to ask though - he announced his sale so people will want to explore the accuracy of the claim as it goes to credibility. TT1981 is obviously telling the truth about his top up because he proved it. So we know he’s an actual real human being and investor here.

If thorn has announced his sale like that it would settle any debate and doubts. Equally no he absolutely doesn’t need to

Investor is accidentally making some good points re Heron2.

I say accidentally because whilst he’s now slowly joining the dots of the commercial impact of the H2 result, he also described the subsequent price reaction as just MM manipulation.

Whereas in fact it just really bad news that led to a significant decrease in the SP. Same has just happened with the latest news.

The key question remains - what’s the likelihood of Heron 3, 4 etc etc being commercial. Even if people here aren’t interested I’d expect a potential partner / purchaser to be.

Heron 2 looks like being the closest location to Heron 1 (actually from memory I think Heron 5 might be closer but the only one to the North).

If H2 couldn’t flow commercially then I don’t know (but am very interested in) what that means for the chances of Heron 3, 4 etc, ie all those wells positioned further south and going away from block 19.

Given Jerry said the founding principle is to stay close to proven oil it doesn’t sound positive. But I concede I don’t understand why they can say with such confidence how much oil is recoverable based on the 1 drill in 2019?

Fair enough, I have no issue acknowledging I’ve zero experience or knowledge of how these things work (especially in Mongolia!).

I’ll retain a heathy scepticism that we’re not being given the full story - suspect we’ll never really know. But hopefully the next part of the story is soon to be told.

Not so ‘quick’. Tax dispute in the contract (yes the one they spent over 2 year negotiating and had approved by the authorities).

If that really is the truth then what a terrible partner / route to market we’ve chosen.

The weird and slightly overlooked thing about the tax dispute is the Mongolian authorities approved the sales deal. So who are they now asking whether the negotiated and approved deal is correct?
