What’s a low ball offer in a context where they’ve just given away a material % of the company for 0.80p?

I floated a Heron field offer for the circa previous MCAP of £20m ish, saying that would be interesting. It was obviously roundly attacked and here we are with $4.5m shares being issued at a low ball price.

And not one penny of that $4.5m is expected to bring any more revenue. The raise is to TEST.
