As Doc says, that wasn’t the version you confessed to. Sounds like you’re trying gloss over your losses, which I suspect is ego driven. The day you confessed it was around a £20k sale from memory.

Everything has a price and this is getting tempting for a trade.

My concern is what short term news is likely.

Negatives

1. Heron 1 op update - seems likely the 160bopd will decease not increase.

2. If / when work does commence we’re testing wells that previously showed so much promise they were suspended

Positives

1. Resolution of tax dispute / full payment received

2. Renewables update beyond jam next year

3. Work plan for 2025 confirming they’ve booked the work

4. JV / field sale RNS could in theory come any time

My understanding is he’s in Singapore. What we know for a fact is he stands to gain another $565k over the next year, so I think he’s fairly relaxed about what might happen to his $50k discounted purchase.

I think most of the grown ups know not to worry about headers Stas - it was WOS and his crew who felt the need to control that stuff “header says it all” ;)

Getting close enough to a speculative trade for me. Might see what my circa 500k shares that sold at 1.81 will cost to me to buy back…

This has crossed my mind in terms of all the loony rampers. Whilst they can and have managed to scam a few naive victims (Thorn, TT1981, Investor, Dozzarwba, Gravy) they surely can’t think their behaviour and outlandish predictions / assertions have helped? They’ve just shown themselves completely lacking any credibility.

Some interesting views here today, I like to hear both sides even if things are often positioned to the extremes on these boards.

To be fair I think the LFLs (and margin comment) were ultimately what led to the reaction. Yes they nudged up but very minor in the context of a relatively poor same quarter last year with better weather and Easter this time. I wouldn’t expect LFLs to go up next quarter based on that update.

It’s still making decent money and at some point the metrics will get people piling back in, but am I struggling to see what might take us back to say £3 any time soon. I’ll probably look to hold till we fill the gap and then take my medicine whilst keeping a close eye.

I think medium term this will be fine, clearly revenue is going well and new stores continuing to land will add to that.

Retail is generally very depressed and whilst these things clearly go in cycles I don’t know if the next few months are going to change direction.

Not quite sure what catalysts we’ve got to look forward to before November and even that might be another white knuckle ride!

Director and / or institutional buying would help.

Can whoever Investor hasn’t blocked yet tell him his latest constantly repeated assertions that a raise should / could have been done when he SP once touched 2.30p for about 2 trading hours is utter bull s h I t.

Clearly nobody would have bought in 1.50p given the SP very quickly dropped back to its sustained price well under 2p, where it’s been nearly all of the time since he accused the MMs of triggering stop losses (and me of bed wetting) on the back of a previous disaster of an RNS in November. The man is a discredited clown.

I thought the results were ok. I excepted more LFL and it sounds like most of that came in April as the sun came out, as opposed to being a turnaround.

That said very odd to see revenues going up, LFL going up and the SP tanking from already depressed levels.

Looking forward to hearing the CEO but generally just going to have to bottom draw these now.

Investor just keeps repeating the same old false premise. The SP hasn’t traded at a level of 2.30p in the context of a raise this year once - let alone 3 times like he keeps claiming.

It’s twice spiked on absolutely no news and then dropped almost as quickly back down on both occasions. You can’t raise on the basis the SP spoken a single day, it’s not an overnight process.

Investor is mainly just trying divert from his own now disproven assurances that there wouldn’t be a raise. He can’t self reflect, only deflect his own errors onto others.

Might it just, perhaps, be because they need money to carry out the work? And without trying to show some upside beyond 160bopd they can’t find a partner?

I must admit, i do wonder why he raised as the SP hit all time lows, but perhaps he didn’t expect it fall out of the 1.20-2.40 someone comically told us the MMS were keeping it on.

Brilliant! Because you’ve just described exactly what they did do, ie they set out to raise $2.25m (aside from retails 500k) and then silently decided to go for almost double and took $4m.

So was the $2.25m not enough to do the planned work?
