The other thing to consider is the timing of the raise. It actually makes me wonder if MB is deliberately acting against shareholder interest. He raised EXACTLY at the point the company his all time lows. The 32% discount was against the lowest ever closing price.

He’s either unlucky, incompetent or in on it. I suspect the latter.

Of all the things to be goaded over, me NOT buying £2ks worth of shares at 1.08p just before an 0.80p placing has to be right at the top.

I hope I’m not too many tinnies in by the time Proquo, investor and Dozzarwba emerge. :)

MB’s $50k is near enough 1 months salary for him. I’m sure he’ll consider it money well spent to assure him of another $565k for the next 12 months. I suspect the $500k production bonus was partly trousered by him too.

Any genuine holders who aren’t angry and frustrated should be. It’s a joke at this stage.

I might actually get stuck into the Auditors as there’s no way they should have signed off the accounts as a going concern. Tut tut

The last placing was at a 45% discount so they’ve done well with this one to be fair.

Oh and it seems the tax dispute is still unresolved.

A glimmer of hope though for some of my fans - that raise is simply to keep the lights on and there’s no other good news expected now till a possible JV is announced. So very little interest here now for me, it’s not far off uninvestible. Imagine having to raise specifically for the 1 producing asset - absolutely astonishing state of affairs.

And the raise itself is problematic. Look at the wording carefully…it’s NOT to do work on anything beyond Heron 1, it’s to carry on considering the other work.

I’ve not bought any, £2k was a dummy quote. I certainly wouldn’t risk more than that on a speculative buy after what I know about this stock.

Being mocked by Investor for £2k is funny though - it’s the exact amount he told us he first tried to buy in 2019 when a fat finger instead led to him buying £20k.

I’m getting close, was just quoted 1.088 for £2ks worth.

Need the funding sorted, with a private placement to Petrovis looking quite possible. The problem is the entire business is now entirely reliant on a JV / takeover.

Another possible reason for this price action could be problems at Heron1.

The quick and easy fixes are obviously not in fact available Hahn. Despite Abzzba repeatedly insisting they were. It’s why they’ve gone quiet on that front.

I suppose there’s still a possibility of some low cost work to improve production, but that would need money which appears to be extremely limited.

If people disagree that’s fine, feel free to tell me why there’s not even a plan to do anything if a) such options exist and b) there’s money to do them?

In terms of the trading update, are we expecting it cover the broker estimates? The last couple of years was purely the Q1 figures, so I wasn’t necessarily expecting an update beyond that?

Obviously if Q1 results are materially up and down against those expectations it might need addressing, but otherwise not as standard?

Spirit you can keep repeating that my analysis has dragged the SP down, but unless you can explain why you bought with such a successful deramping team in full flow, it appears your logic fails on its own terms.
