Very happy with MB and the team, for info his salary is not outrageous compared to other small oilers, lot BS being spoken by halfwits that know not a lot.

I33, could be that if the Indians enter Mongolia they could initially use DQE rigs but use their own crew, but only initially until they get their own kit, i know MB has stated DQE prices are not high, i disagree, 4 million to drill/well test and complete a well is high when you can buy a new onshore drill rig for 8 million dollars and a new onshore workover rig for 4 million dollars, do the maths, there are also plenty of second hand rigs (do a search) at half the prices i quoted above.

Ref rig availability, consider the Indian explorers do enter Mongolia, would they want to use DQE equipment/rigs or would they source their own, my thinking is they would 100% sure source their own kit and use their own crews, whether that is buying from China or a couple of heavy lift planes bringing rigs in country from India or elsewhere.

I33, i have no idea how many rigs DQE have in country but given Petro China/Sinopec Dongsheng have many hundreds of wells as follows.

Toson-Uul producing wells 491 (Petro China).

Tamsag oil field producing wells 311 (Petro China).

Oil fields of Tsagaan Els, Zuunbayan producing wells 102 (Sinopec/Dongsheng).

Pretty sure there are more than enough drill rigs & workover rigs to be had, more so given Petro China fields are 20 years old and played out, not a lot left to drill.

5th November RNS; Gazelle 1.

"Based on analysis of the pressure data acquired during the well test, the initial production rate for Gazelle-1 has been set at 200 bopd. Well performance will be closely monitored to determine if this rate can be increased. ".

Assuming the reservoir well pressure is not decreasing and there is no evidence of heavy sand/fines deposits in the oil then it will be a very easy to crack open the choke valve thus increasing daily production, i should think MB will err on the safe side so limit any increase to around 50 bopd, hopefully hear soon, at the moment i see no sp value added for Gazelles current 200 bopd.

This board was perfectly fine until the BASHERs arrived en masse in September last year, their intention was to create discord and scare genuine investors from posting, they have done an excellent job with LSE Admins help.

Think we can expect H2 RNS very soon, the last RNS 5th Nov stated the beam pump had been realigned and pumping of the injected fluids restarted, if they had continued to have problems sucking these injected fluids out i think we would have heard by now and the well would have been shut in for winter, fact is todays satellite image suggest work is ongoing at H2 so i take that as a good indication.

Pretty confident Gazelle 1 production will be increased, it will have been monitored and assuming no sand/fines being produced or other issues its a simple 60 second task to increase production by opening the choke valve, 50 bopd/100 bopd, i reckong MB will play safe and be happy with an extra 50 bopd which takes Gazelle upto 250 bopd.

Pilsbury, as an ex oilman renewables are not really my thing hence i take little interest, but it would be nice to know which projects we hold an interest in and the state of each project, no doubt my interest would pique if one of those projects were sold and it means a cash injection.

As far as i am concerned oil is our core business.

News on H2 next, very posible an increase in Gazelle production, news on reworded sales agreement that would see over $900,000 with held by PC paid and future invoices paid in full, an update on the farm out/sale of block XX would also be nice, lot of news due.

Still a lot of work ongoing at H2 based on todays satellite image, i would class that as good news.

OurKev appears to back up our MATAD positive poster being banned, not unsurprising, i have e mailed Admin asking for reason for this and other recent bans that have been handed out and asked why the likes of Adw was not banned for wishing cancer on posters or calling other posters RET....ards or goading others about their deceased mothers, i can only assume they see these actions as acceptable.
