Also consider if the refinery will be ready in 2027 as Mongolia want we will be supplying the refinery direct and getting at least $9 more for every barrel of oil, no middle man (PC) no trucking costs, royalties, oil heating costs etc etc.

Quite obvious the majority of LTH are quite if not very happy with MB and what he has brought to MATAD, as always the most vociferous are those that complain day in day out numerous times per hour, a quick look at the posts below tells you all you need to know.

Also woth remembering even a buy out of block XX can have clauses attached that we get a percentage of block XX oil, any and all deals on the table.

I33, for what its worth i think we will receive a buy out of block XX as well, the Chinese certainly would not want to share block XX profits and i doubt the Indian team would either, given both the Chinese and Indians are cash rich i assume they would prefer a straight buyout of block XX, Gazelle result has done nothing but enhance block XX value, no idea how many wells Gazelle can support but fair to say the Gazelle result is something of a game changer.

Would be nice if H2 could be a producer but lets face it, the Chinese and Indians know the score and the value even without H2.

Thorno, H2 is pumping using beam pump, winter conditions really will not affect this, virtually every well in Mongolia use beam pumps to produce oil throughout winter,

Nov 5th RNS, H1 producing at 145 bopd, H1 performance to date is comparable with some of the better producers in the basin, part of the problem in estimating Heron production is the fact PC field production figures are not readily available for comparision but if MB says H1 is in line with PCs better producers we should be happy with that.

Hence confirms Heron geology as good as Petro China geology to the north, add to this the fact we do not have any injector wells at present, but we will have once drilling gets underway, injector wells are industry standard method of increasing production of oil wells where we have low pressure reservoirs.

Question is can Gazelle 1 production be increased, ifso this bodes well for the Gazelle updip often mentioned by our very experienced MB.

No doubt our shallow minded investors will be shouting for MBs head again today, not a lot we can do about these halfwits.

Got to say i am happy with MB and the experience he has brought to MATAD, seems a few a less enthralled.

Next RNS (expected this week) should give quite a bit of updates.

1: H2 progress, did realigning the beam pump work, are we pumping oil or will it be shut in for rework next season.

2: Gazelle 1, assuming reservoir pressure is holding up and there is no heavy sand/fines being brought up along with the oil i would expect a slight increase in daily bopd, maybe 50 to 80 bopd increase.

3: New on the reworded sales agreement with our thieving Chinese friends, once reworded and signed we have a lump sum of around 900k to collect and going forward 100% of invoices will be paid, assuming our thieving Chinese friend do not forget their internet banking password again.

4: Would expect an update on the farmout or buy out of block XX, any and every deal is on the table, maybe even a few we have not thought of, i would not be surprised to see our largest share holder & parent company Petrovis to come up with a deal, interesting times ahead.

Meantime the sp retraces to a price similar to pre Gazelle result, seems our 200 bopd from Gazelle is not written into the sp. Will all come good.

TBT, me thinks Doc will not accept the facts, much like he does not accept chunky buys are indeed buys, they are always sells according to Doc.

TBT, i am expecting a small increase at Gazelle, maybe an extra 50 bopd assuming reservoir pressure standing up and no heavy sand/fines being brought up with our oil.

For what its worth they can keep the pump going at H2 as long as they wish though MB did say it could also be shut in for winter with work resuming next season.

Laughable listening to the armchair oilfield experts denounce MB and his experience, a single toe nail clipping from MB holds more oilfield knowledge than the combined brainpower of everyone posting on here.

"Based on analysis of the pressure data acquired during the well test, the initial production rate for Gazelle-1 has been set at 200 bopd. Well performance will be closely monitored to determine if this rate can be increased. ".

Assuming the reservoir well pressure is not decreasing and there is no evidence of heavy sand/fines deposits in the oil then it will be a very easy to crack open the choke valve thus increasing daily production, i should think MB will err on the safe side so limit any increase to around 50 bopd, hopefully hear soon, at the moment i see no sp value added for Gazelles current 200 bopd.
