Really do expect to end the year with 400 to 450 bopd production thanks to Gazelle increase and whatever MB can squeeze from H2 this year, we can worry about optimizing H2 next season (assuming we still own it).

Think everyone is way over estimating how long is needed to put together the equipment for drilling, 2 months is easily doable, this is oilfield, very very little procrastination, as we said in the oilfield, when they tell you to jump you just ask " how high", this assumes its an Indian farmout/buyout of block XX, if its Chinese the equipment is already in country and ready to go to work.

29th Sept RNS/ Interim Results/ Financial summary/ first paragraph/ last sentence states

"The realised oil price for May was USD 60.7/bbl, USD 65.2/bbl for June and USD 64.4/bbl for July" (feel free to check those figures).

Obviously with Brent trading at $63 now we get a bit less but still far more than the spureous figures being punted on here by discredited posters.

Fact is Brent average this year to-date is $70, yes todays price is little over $63.

No news is good news, 5th Nov RNS told us the beam pump had been realigned and restarted pumping, thats 3 weeks ago, thankfully pumping can go on indefinitely as its surface works and not affected by winter weather, MB obviously feels H2 is commercial or H2 would have been shut in for rework next season by now, fully expecting news that H2 is producing in the next RNS.

Got to be a good chance of an RNS tomorrow, my thoughts are even if H2 is producing only 40 bopd MB will keep it pumping, 5th Nov RNS stated there could be a blockage of the perforations, this could be sand same as H1 experienced early days but this eventually cleared itself, essentially H1 flushed this sand through, same will happen with H2.

Gazelle, assuming reservoir pressure is hanging in there and there are no heavy sand/fines being brought to surface we could easily see the choke tweaked open and an additional 50 or 80 bopd, every little counts.

News on sales agreement and Farmout/ other deals would also be good.

AIGuru, Petro China have withheld 30% of every invoice, in total PC are withholding circa 900,000 dollars.

MB has delivered 133% increase in production this year and if H2 delivers this figure will be more, if Gazelle production is increased we would be looking at even better increase, pretty good going for someone working on a very tight budget.

If this is failure i am all for it.

Brent currently 62.52, great shame it has fallen from the year average of $70 but being realistic a 133% increase in production outweighs a 10% drop in the Brent price.

Loads of info at the below link on Mongolian oil, bit out of date as its 2021 but gives a real good idea of Petro China & Sinopec Dongshens ops in Mongolia, also backs up i33 posts yesterday about maximum oil output was in 2015 and oil production has been falling since then.

I33, i am 100% sure you are correct, if we farmout/ sell out block XX to PC or Dongsheng their costs will be no where near the 4 million per completed well we are paying and if its a farmout / sell out of block XX to Indians i think we can be pretty sure they will have their own rigs and crews.
