Don't forget that DE did say it might take more than a year (or longer) before he sells.
So he's therefore got at least until June 2022 and possibly longer before he sells (keeping within the truth of his statement). In fact his statement about selling was ACTUALLY not time defined so nonsensical talk of, "he's lying if he isn't selling" is actually indefensible as the EVIDENCE for his intententions is clear. Any suggestion that anyone who suggests he isn't selling is lying is libellous.
So I agree with you.

IF the "Reccing Crew" are correct and DE is selling, then if the SP will rise to 25p when he stops selling why would he sell?
Seems a bit impertinent to me to suggest that an expert in the Bio sector would be that stupid.

If you assume he MUST be selling now (because he said he would- irrespective of the caveat that it might be more than a year) when the endgame for Scancell will be known - through trial results etc - then maybe those who didn't read his message in the first place might be so wrong that either they can't admit it, or their investment nous should be questioned.
Either way they're on a hiding to nothing.
Simple pair of questions (the first binary).
Is DE Lying if he is not selling now?
If he is not lying (and not selling- refer to line 11 above ) why isn't the SP at 25p+?

It's easy to make money buying and selling.
In fact anyone controlling the market has probably sol you GF quite a few over the years. Remember when you've prophesied the SP (recently) will crack the 23p and 25p levels@ You told us you were buying. Well, someone sold them to you and they've potentially made 6p and 4p PROFITS whereas in the same timescale you made the same in LOSSES!
So as you asked, to make a PROFIT.
You buy the market when there are sellers at the lows and when the market spikes as it has done for the delivery system announcement and the SA Trial news you sell the shares you have bought at the lower levels.
Consequently the Share Price doesn't rise as far as expected on the News deliveries and the Share Price falls(against expectations) causing many people to question why is the Share Price not moving up on News? Those same people then tell others that maybe more or less gullible that the share price is in the wrong place all because an ex chairman of the company is selling ten million shares into the market and he doesn't have a clue of how to do it.
Incidentally, if you are a market operator and you want to keep the share price in a tight range, you might just have a good reason for doing so and then it matters not whether you make a profit or not.
How about that "controller" sells (Small - for them and their position) at 19p KNOWS when the market will turn - because they'll do it-, and then sells more at a higher price when news breaks and then having (still taken a book profit on original sales from inventory) sits back anw SUPPORTS the market when the REALLY gullible people sell in panic at the lows.... Straight back into the erstwhile sellers' pocket?

It does seem so strange that DE with his track record would be so Inane.
I'm sure when DE has finished selling the SP will be where you predict.... That is IF DE is selling.

I rather like the idea of a Deity controlling the SP simply by buying (and Selling) Scancell shares.
Now THAT would make a great deal more sense to me.
But I'm sure I'm getting it all wrong but the idea of DE selling and depressing the market against himself and his own and others' Funds does amuse me.
So those who do keep sayingng he is doing just that (when they KNOW that when he stops the SP will improve by 20%+) really are calling him a fool.
That is incontestible.
As an aside, and as it seems that according to some,DE is lidding the market at levels down to 19p, who was selling (apart from C7) when the SP peaked at 27p+ and who has been keeping the Share Price below the 25p and 23p levels which have both been called as likely to be breached for weeks (if not months)?
It's a bit more complicated tha DE is keeping our SP flat isn't it?
I am sure someone can explain it all (that is DE is keeping the market down all on his own).

If you could see Covidity "earning" before Aug 22 I reckon it would make a massive difference not only to the valuation of Scancell the entity, but also to the timescales of any significant financial "Action" on the other Platforms.
Don't know if you've seen the Bavarian Nordic announcement re their Covid booster vaccine provision of DKK up to 800M. The Government's being pretty businesslike on the fate of their money though. It's far from a free ride for BN though.
Basically they've said,
"All payments are potentially subject to repayment, however only upon successful marketing authorization of the vaccine by the European Commission. Repayment may occur via supply of vaccines and royalty payments from the sale of the vaccine to other customers. Royalty payments are only triggered upon reaching a certain volume in sales. The Danish Ministry of Health could be entitled to an additional, capped royalty payment if the sales reach a certain threshold above the sales volume for the ordinary royalty payment."

So there's the tax take and repayment if all goes well, which perhaps would make any suitor for the company be very wary of investing without being VERY sure of the early trial results.
So far Scancell doesn't seem to have that problem.
Anyway, it looks like the development road in Covid has many twists and turns to be navigated before we can say everything's under control.
So to return to your original point, let's hope that the timescale is faster than my ideas.
It's not too long to wait whatever happens.

Good point, and my thoughts are, like yours, that anything that generates a revenue flow would be wonderful.
But I'm sure that others think the same.
Zakari is an interesting situation which none of us can know what the intentions for this company are.
A revenue stream of the sort that Covidity could potentially supply is the dream, (but potentially it has to start to produce that within not much longer than a year)..... Imagine, as you say, an effective funding source from the pandemic to pay for the remaining platforms' development and trials!
Again, I'm not disagreeing, but if we "get it" might not Big Pharma?
I guess if the Covidity trials begin and P1and early P2 results are what everyone thinks they will be surely there would be approaches to Scancell before the real money needs to be spent on the remaining Platforms (assuming that the Trials are populated and begin to produce early positive results).
In that case Scancell might well hold the "Keys to the Kingdom" or show itself to hold several "Holy Grails" (if that wasn't a contradiction in terms).
IF and I echo your IF, I cannot believe that Scancell wouldn't be a target for those who have the cash, infrastructure and dynamism to REALLY take the multi Trilas and developments forward apace. Scancell will have trouble arguing against that if the next year doesn't show a change in development pace (not just Covidity and any further derivatives).
As we agree that the potential from such a promising portfolio as Scancell has would require a good offer, as time goes on the value potentially build massively, so I would guess that anyone eyeing the IP seriously would, once in possession of promising data, feel the need to offer sooner rather than later. BTW this has been the cry of some since 2012 but I think that 2021 is a much more realistic time to start saying it!
I do believe Scancell is now entering the endgame for the initial part of it's Commercial Development.
The CLNs effectively determine the timescale, so I reckon we can all be put out of our misery (if patience can be so described) pretty well within a year from this September , so that's where (FWIW) I think where we are.
Happy to discuss further if needed, but I'm a bit more cynical for Scancell's solo place in the Biotech Firmament than some!

I'd like to suggest that you might consider the option of mAbs being hived off into Zakari to ringfence costs and any short term revenue to allow for the retention of the asset within Scancell (Zakari is a fully owned subsidiary) in the event that other disposals are being made at some point. Maybe the first deal will be done one mAbs and the company might want to keep things simple should they invite offers in the future.
As an accounting and cost centre should the remaining IP be disposed of it would allow the asset to be retained within the company whilst other parts are either sold or otherwise redeployed.
So rather than try and be clever (i actually have no idea what your last sentence meant) why not either join in with a conversation in a reasonable manner or simply say nothing.
So what I am saying is that Scancell might want to subdivide its assets for all manner of reasons.
I do hope you can get your head around that. Do you have an accounting background?
Incidentally, if you would like to expand on your last sentence,

Crumbs, yes understand what you say, but it will still be interesting to see what others might think of Scancell's IP.
I also saw your point about Zakari being part of Scancell, but what about Zachari being the only part of Scancell?
I only ask as it might fit with the point I was making whilst leaving a potentially valuable part of the IP in the company's hands should the other platforms be wanted by other(s)?
It seems to me that mAbs could be a self supporting asset?

I really hope that Scancell does benefit from the New Delivery System and that it brings the name Scancell to a wider audience.
Ironic really that it takes a delivery system to get the tech noticed.
Guess that will potentially make the entire IP very attractive to some Companies with a great deal of buying power.
I know two IIs who will be very pleased if that were to happen. I wonder what would be attractive to the IIs and whether that would line up with PI expectations.
Anyway, we have the P1 and start of P2 to get through first (maybe).

If both RM and Vulpes are in concert I can't see whatever they want not happening.
That's not to say that I think they would work intentionally against the value of Scancell.
I know there is at least one poster who states that RM are predatory and don't care about PIs whose companies they control but they have been effective in providing great assistance to Redx in their quest for finance. So whilst maybe not in the pounds (if a takeover or breakup occurs) I would hope that the final price to shareholders would be a significan value for Scancell over that which is demonstrated by the shareprice at the moment.
Read Bermuda Shorts ' explanation of RM's assistance to Redx from a few days ago to get the full story. I hope he does not mind me referring to the info he supplied.
Looks like shareholders in Scancell have some time to wait but if the IP lives up to it's publicity in trials then maybe the progrssion from safety in P1 through early data in P2 to P3 and market might be better handled by an organisation(s) which have the Capital, infrastructure, contacts and dynamism to take Scancell's products into market for the benefit of those who need them and need them sooner rather than later.
There, some altruism even from me, and I want to make money from my holding here as much as anyone!

I know it makes sense to assume that Scancell will partner and take the trials forward on its own.
Please let's not forget that we have a group of investors (that everyone here welcomed - myself included), who can (at a stroke) deliver Scancell to a suitor who would have the capital to take our wonderful IP through trials to market.

I'm not convinced we will ever have to raise money again. Come back and tear me apart - if I'm wrong) in late 2022 but nobody can say I am at the moment.
The next twelve to fourteen months will tell us for sure.
However you look at it we will owe RM/vulpes GBP17.9M in Oct 2022 at redemption (should they choose not to convert). That'll take a load of our current "float" out of the pool and as the expotential increase in costs with trials running and infrastructure to support means we have a fair bit of liquidity available (but not unbounded coffers).
Maybe we can get some partners, but the fastest way to get the IP to commercialisation my not be left to Scancell to control.
It's another way to look at the postion; ian't it?

Let's hope that the Shareprice is allowed to reflect the First Dosed announcements. Has anyone noticed how the announcement of the needleless system this week has failed to push the Share Price higher so far?

I've been using the identifiers that Ray Pointer put up.
