Bamps - 2-3 weeks seems a tad optimistic IMO, I think they tend to use the drill & blast technique out in WA and I think most commentators have said the 400m decline to get to the top of the ore-body will be more likely to be 12-18 months to complete.

The GGP AEM survey was just to be carried out along the western edges of the Havieron licence (not Havieron target) to look for more near-surface mineralisation as the ground cover gets a lot more shallow to the West - so even if the results came back blank it won't affect any of the existing targets that have been identified and they are working on now.

@Spev - I'm not invested in THOR at the moment but do keep an eye on progress at their "Ragged Range" target as it is next door to our Panorama. It would be nice to see GGP get a bit of tailwind from nearology for a change.

Exactly hydro - the options and warrants are pretty much financing this drill campaign on a monthly basis and as Bluetiger says we are only months away from being able to show an asset on the balance sheet.

Agreed - it was the same crew that completed the SVD survey after our was initially completed and I have no doubt GGP are in possession of the raw data. That will need to be processed and collated so I wouldn't say they are sitting on it.
I guess Callum may well be a little busy at the moment with the results that will be coming in from the hand held scanners on the Scallywag drilling at the moment. He may even be using the drilling info to verify or enhance the raw data from the survey.

I guess it won't be too much longer to wait and 4 weeks tonight we have the next set of NCM results, I wonder when the anticipation will start to build?

Hi poppy - you may well be right but if any performance share options are issued then they should have a nice strike price of somewhere around 20-25p.

To make it worth their while to exercise them, we would hopefully see a much higher SP in 12 months time, I wouldn't be moaning if that were to transpire.

PS - Thanks for your concern about my fingers last night - they are still functional if a little blackened.....

Money in the bank won't be an issue - GH has banked over £750K this week alone from the exercise of employee options and there are still plenty of in the money warrants to be converted. There's a nice steady stream of cash coming into the coffers to balance the outflows on exploration at the moment.

mRL stands for "metres relative level"

As Bamps says it's to do with a mean level that they set as a reference level and then everything gets referenced back to that.

@Spratt - there were a few other references also - like if a discovery was close to an existing mine and how the best place to look for a new discovery would be close to an existing one, a lot of circumstantial evidence but all pointing to one glaring possibility.

LSE & Twitter take up far too much of my time as it is - I'm trying to keep a full-time job tied down as well - it's great that there are so many resources for PI's in GGP to research.

Thanks for the kind words Joe but I'm definitely not one for the limelight and I am quite happy to research and share with other investors but I will leave the publicity and promotion to GH, CB & the other experts in that field.

I had bugger all mining experience when I started to look at GGP 2.5 years ago, so if I can research and find out the info on the company and the gold mining industry in Australia then anyone can.

All the info is out there - I'm glad it's helped people to inform them to make their "own" decisions.

GGP section starts from 1:10:30 - I would urge you to watch again and listen to how much Gervaise focuses on the new "Northern Breccia" and how he also highlights the cemented breccia while displaying the cross section slides. The developing story seems to be how this is holding up as the infill drilling continues and the bulk mining opportunity looks more & more likely to become a reality - the size and shape of the deposit lends itself perfectly to a block-cave scenario and Newcrest just happen to be probably the leading light in development and operation of block caves.

And the absolute beauty of Havieron is the SE sulphide crescent zone is high enough grade to allow a selective mining operation to commence whilst the block cave infrastructure would be constructed allowing high grade ore to be processed at Telfer much sooner than would be possible if the complete system was breccia only
