This is exactly what I said earlier on today sheps, any profit-taking from retail investors will start to be bought up big-time if the fund managers are getting involved.

I've been chatting with a few people over the weekend and the big thing that people have highlighted to me is if the fund managers are now starting to sit up and take notice of GGP and are starting to get ready to build a position then they will be the ones snapping up any of the retail investors who start to top-slice and take profits from here. Once those have been snaffled then there will be no buying back in at lower prices.

The usual trading patterns of GGP could be coming to an end over the coming weeks / months. I don't know when this will start and I'm sure there will be trading opportunities but I'll be sitting on my hands until MRE at the very least.

I don't think the sand dunes will cause too many issues to the machinery that NCM will bring to bear on the desert.

I'm pretty sure the activity in the far NW of Scallywag won't be road related - they've been in that area for probably up to 4 weeks now. It looks to me like a series of holes in a line spread over 100-120m, I'm hoping that means they're onto something good up there.

Exactly TT - he may or may not be full of it, but we have got to look at every possible source of info and then form your OWN opinion on whether it is worthwhile or not, but to simply disregard it is silly IMO.

Love him or loathe him, DL has plenty of connections (more than any of us on here) and is probably positioned a lot better to know what is happening on the ground - whether he is truthful or not is another matter.

With all the talk of GDXJ and the excitement of Scallywag and the other prospects to come - lets not forget that Havieron is our jewel and the last set of results is the reason why we seen such elevated interest in GGP in recent days.

Take a look at the latest drilling update from Newcrest which shows the new 'Northern Breccia' zones and the original breccia zones around the high grade sulphide zone.

I've measured the area of each of the zones using the polygon tool in Google Earth.
I've allowed a depth of 600m across the board (not unreasonable as we are still open at depth) and an average of 1.5 g/t Au Equivalent (remember - these are just the >1g/t breccia zones, the lesser ones are highlighted in yellow and I have ignored these for now).

You can create your own spreadsheet to play with the numbers but these breccia zones (on the info known up to now) look to be containing a minimum of 5Moz IMO. Add that to the 4.5Moz in the HGZ in the SE sector and take into account any new drilling in the last 6-8 weeks and we can see what the MRE number is going to look like again IMO.

Morning Joe & all,

Well that was a bit of an adrenaline filled day - I was on the drive home up the M6 when the market closed and basically missed all the shenanigans until I got home and eventually got to check on the closing price. I was a bit shell-shocked and to be honest although very happy for myself & family who are invested it felt a bit wrong after watching how it all unfolded.

I'm not an experienced investor but I've obviously done my research on GGP and was happy to hold purely on the strength of what we have at Havieron but I do feel for people who have been 'manipulated' by the market into selling at a loss. That was nearly me almost 3 years ago - tempted to cut and run after Newmont walked.

What happens with the SP now in the short term - I have no idea, but as I said yesterday the fundamentals haven't changed, the facts and data are there for everyone to see and IMO (and in GH's) we are only starting the journey and are still only scratching the surface, so I for one will be holding onto ALL my shares.

There is so much news to come in the next 5-6 weeks, you'd be mad to be out IMHO,
