(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced this week and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Scancell Holdings PLC - Oxford, England-based developer of immunotherapies for treatment of cancer - Hires Phil L'Huillier as chief executive officer, starting November 18 and replacing Lindy Durrant, who will remain chief scientific officer and a board member. L'Huillier joins from CatalYm GmbH, a cancer immunotherapy company based in Munich, Germany, where he was CEO and managing director.
----------
Nanoco Group PLC - Runcorn, England-based manufacturer of cadmium-free quantum dots and other nanomaterials - Hires Dmitry Shashkov as CEO, starting immediately and replacing Brian Tenner, whose planned departure was announced back in July. Nanoco notes Shashkov has 20 years of experience managing businesses in the electronics and biomedical fields.
----------
LPA Group PLC - Saffron Walden, Essex-based engineering firm focused on electronic and electro-mechanical components and systems - Hires Philo Daniel-Tran as CEO and executive director, starting in January. Most recently, she was global director of Aviation & Urban Security at Smiths Detection, part of Smiths Group PLC. Prior to Smiths, she worked at France's Thales SA. She currently is a transport security advisor to the UK Department for Transport. Daniel-Tran replaces Paul Curtis, who left LPA at the end of July.
----------
Coral Products PLC - Manchester, England-based maker of bespoke plastic products - CEO Lance Burn resigns "by mutual agreement" and will leave this coming Thursday, as Coral cuts costs amid a "continued challenging trading environment". Burn joined Coral Products from IG Design Group PLC only in January. Ian Hillman, managing director of the Flexibles division, will become group chief operating officer, responsible for day-to-day oversight and direction of all businesses. "The market corrections reported at the start of the calendar year and the unexpected and continuing headwinds announced in our recent trading update demanded the 'right-sizing' of the group to maintain its financial resilience," Coral explains. "As a part of this, Lance felt that he can no longer contribute to our M&A plans as originally envisaged and accordingly, the costs associated with his involvement would be better removed from the business."
----------
Enwell Energy PLC - oil and gas exploration and production in Ukraine - Interim CEO Oleksiy Zayets joins board as the representative of Enwell's majority shareholder Smart Energy (CY) Ltd. Zayets joined the company in 2018, was appointed CFO of its Ukraine operations in 2019, and became group interim CEO back in March. He remains interim CEO.
----------
