If he knew the share price was dropping Roger why transfer the shares triggering the CGT bill, hes a finance guy I reckon he'd think 'oh ill transfer them closer to issue price to reduce CGT as I move them into the corporate shelter attracting only corporation tax on any gain and enabling the dividend distribution advantage ' .Your thoughts ?

You mean years? And the price is not ‘low’ at the moment. The issue price from only a month ago was 1.75p and after the huge spike it’s still 3x that. Certainly agree it’s worth looking at long term but as it stands it’s over valued. It’s very early days and they have asked for an extra 100m shares to issue to settle fees/axquisitions/equity etc. Director Chris Kenning obviously knows this and cdnt resist selling 3m of his shares at 8.2p. If it was going anywhere near 15p+ anytime soon then he would have waited and left it all in. Eventually this could do well but there will be some bumps over the next year or so until they’ve got everything in position imo - and we’ve seen another 30% dilution.

Definitely a share to be in at this low price , moving at speed ,they won’t update the market every 3-4 weeks.I think some shareholders get carried away and want daily updates ,aim always had derampers shorting stocks trying desperate measures to get inexperienced traders to sell .At this price look long term on how much this can rise ,multi bag over 6-12 possible .
