The outcome of the judiciary hearing has passed but how the board didn't take action to prevent the wind up petition against a £30k claim to me shows incompetence.

However to date no action has been taken against them .

The silence is deafening apart from your noise but still there's been no official confirmation that it's all over :-))

The initial claims of fraud and scam is the general feeling from most investors, but to date 'theres been no offiicial confirmation of any action being taken against the board.

With the ongoing silence, there's nothing wrong with feeling that there maybe more to this liquidation than we initially expected.

You may know what may happen in other liquidations but your scratching your head like others with this one -)))

I will continue to have my own opinion and it may change if new information comes to light (such as the failed recession hearing followed by the silence ) but its only an opinion and I welcome others opinions without attacking them.

We are where we are right now but there's nothing wrong with holding on to some hope and being a little optimistic until we get that final confirmation that its all over.

If you have any FACTS to change that, please feel free to share it with us but like I said above - you could contact the liquidator yourself rather than attack others - DYOR enjoy your day ;-))

I asked others and received no response! That's all the "liquidator" told them I guess.

I created this account just to point out the stupidity of your comments. Below you call it fraud, above hoping for rescission despite already in liquidation yet justifying criminal conduct callin it just a badly managed company...

Interestingly there is a similar person on Advfn who recently joined there and is demonstrating similar behaviour.? Both accounts are only aimed at this stock ? what a coincidence? However with only 6 posts I can hardly call you a keyboard warrior :-))

DYOR - refers to you taking your own time and maybe contacting the official liquidator YOURSELF rather than asking others about any response they've received.

You talk about facts but you ask others - DYOR and maybe if receive any news (FACTS) not in the public domain you will be willing to share it with us !!
