I’m trying to sell my shares,but the price hasn’t changed since yesterday?

Patience is hopefully still the key here LOL

Perfect clean vehicle for property company / estate agent to get a cheap listing

EB must have had some plan for this

Sod's law to take a bath now ,jettison and then rocket ships

FK have some decent individuals in their investment broking department

A couple of West Eend office deals could easily add 15% to total revenue

No sign of Elliot Bernerd making this sweat since his arrival so perhaps at 79 age has caught up with him

Nice little vehicle though for someone looking to kickstart something

So as of October 31 2023 we know they had cash of 2.6m. Since then they’ve liquidated a 0.5m asset and made about 0.5m pre tax profit.

So cash as of today must be about 3.5m. Now add the positive 0.8m difference between payables and receivables at 31 October 2023.

That gives you 4.3m of net liquid (or near as damn it) assets. Which is the same as the market cap.

You might expect to see that kind of value for a loss making company but not one that just made 1/8 its market cap in PBT over a 6 month period.

This company is going to look a whole lot different by the end of the year with some new personnel and maybe EB 's mangement portfolio brought into being serviced .Whether or not he goes the whole hog and reverses Chelsfiled stuffedfullof quality properties in remains to be seen. Whatevert the outcome an exciting journey awaits
