A. There will be a takeover offer very soon within 2 weeks of divi payout on 17 July.

B. If no offer from main holder with 29% + , then I see another special dividend maybe just 10p to payout another1 million in cash. Why leave 1.5 million in cash for free to the buyer?

I see a buyer offer in October at 55p.

A well run and profitable company, very much in demand as a platform for many companies!!

I feel another special dividend to give cash back of around 1.5 million. Then a takeover in September at 55p to the new big investor/ takeover company?

Bought another 10,000 shares at42p at1040 this morning and showing as a sell, same on Friday last week, they are trying to keep price down at under 45p for the new buyer of the company to get to 30%.

After AGM and good news and great operations this year, we should see a 2p and 1p dividends and sp at 83-88p!!

That must be wrong, because unless you bought yesterday, you will NOT get the 20p divi. However good time to buy today, as I think there will be another 10 or15p special divi voted for for September to release another 1.5 million in cash, before FLK is taken over by the mysterious big buyer to get to 29%.

Now is a good time with no debt to use the new cash to reduce shares in circulation with a 10-20 million in buybacks?

Or look for a merger with ENQ? In light of their tax losses, plus Malaysian acquisition from December 2026.

They are only giving out the surplus cash as they are in profit to tune of 4.5 million. Plus will,probably be another special dividend in September , before as I predict a takeover bid is put in at 45-55p in October/November and FLK is acquired by ??? Someone is out there loading up and near 30% shares to do it, the main MI and II’s are up for this!

Of another NS - O&G Company in January 2027 to top off the Malaysian deal in December 2026, with the like of:

To be a big player in NS and overseas, then push Givernment to stop EPL or they move like SHELL and BP to NYSE and move HQ from Aberdeen to US?

Great news, I bought another 30,000 at 59 and 60p last week, on that news, plus other brokers like Perl and FT rating Orchard higher. Plus with the great results coming up, plus new ventures and people who have done their research on Orchard Funding Group plc, know that Bexhill Funding, Orchard Funding and Cambrian Funding all are vested interests within the Group and all doing exceedingly well with less than 2-3% of any non payers, many of whom are guaranteed by the sponsor of the borrowers, like Solicitor firms, Accountants and Mobile Home providers! 2026 should be an excellent results, with 1p in divi in August I think to be agreed at AGM at end of July, plus possible special divis?

Thanks Spin, I have been in STX over 3 years now, got in at 2p and should have sold at 12p and made a nice return as I have 2,000,000. I also bought in again last week with a couple of 100,000 buys at 6.1p. I am now hoping a buyout or re-rate back to 12p within the next 6-9 months at say 15p by Viatris happens and I will by the beers!!

We need a General Election in September, though I cannot see Burnham doing this! If he puts Milliband as Chancellor it will only be so he can water down Net Zero as he knows this is killing the economy with high energy costs and hitting g the poorest!!

Any ideas when new figures for Q2 - 2026 will be released on take up in other states in US. Plus elsewhere worldwide? Do you see a takeover /buyout of STX to get taken out by Viatris once Q2 results and at say 15p is cheap and saves them millions in payments and interest and is a win win for Viatris? Especially being at 6p!!!!

All this shenanigans is Trump keeping oil cheap until after the mid term elections in USA around the 8-10 July. After that expect new fireworks in Iran and oil supplies needing filling the reserves and China and price rising to Steady 85-90$$! Wait until December /January and see your 23p share suddenly doubles to 50p in January!!

Is there measures afoot for a bid or takeover? Is this why the BoD are doing special divi to get the cash at bank out early? Will there be another one in a months time and then they sell to the bidder who has gained 29% of the shares, company? Was looking at the holdings and big sells/buys! Who is the big buyer?

In the current climate and with Serica having 80% NS assets, plus cash in bank. With ENQ about to be 80% overseas, with lots of debt losses write off and our Malaysian deal in December on track! WOULD now be a good time for a reverse M&A and great idea for both SQz and ENQ to become SEQEZT and a force to be reckoned with??

The Iranians have pulled out of the talksandSoH is closed again. Oil up on Mo day to $100+ and ENQ sp at27p.

This is going to be the situ for the next 3 months! Iran have the SoH as their ace card and can close it, put mines and drones in it! Trump cannot control Israel, so the oil shortages will loom into winter and special reserve es neede£ again! Oil and gas prices back above $100 on Monday and ENQ at30p by the end of next week?

With SQZ 80% NS oil and gas, plus cash in bank and lots of assets. Plus ENQ with their upcoming Malaysian deal and their huge losses offsets plus future O&G at 80% Malaysian and 29% NS a perfect marriage and success for all?

However Millibandbis the real danger, as he is good buddies with Burnham and may get his shot as Chancellor under Burnham? Though our Malaysian deal, plus a few strategic buys of NS oil + gas from BP or other seller, plus special divi and buybacks announced at AGM will make this a 3 bagger and definitely at 60p by January!!
