This looks very unloved. Currently has cash worth about 14p, and a NAV worth around 70p a share.

This is likely going to have a mandatory offer.... I think this creates a good opportunity to make some relatively easy money - if they offer more then sell for more - if not, if you can get in low enough its very low risk for your return...
