Borders & Sth. Share Price (BOR)

Hi LTT - more confusion - I was replying to Gus - but nice to hear from a fellow BOR ( & RKH ! ) shareholder.

Buffet, never crossed my mind, I too think the licenses are a done deal, but I imagine Borders will have to be able to show they have the energy and will to get Darwin over the line, that will take a partner and that is one of the reasons they haven't tapped up the big holders for cash, although that could still happen 🤔, hope not, but if it's needed to get the license sign off we will just have to take it on the chin.

However, if a partner comes onboard, the share price will shoot up and the warrants will come in, I believe there are quite a few still to be taken up which would bring in a good wad of cash to keep the wolf from the door a bit longer.

I was genuinely thanking you for your comprehensive reply to whether there would be a deal this year.

Wasn't suggesting any problems with licence extension, just assuming there would be a related RNS.

Hope this clears up any misunderstanding - I know others do make snide remarks - I do not.

I think you are right Gus0, they would have put their hands out for cash by now if they hadn't got an ace up their sleeve.

We know ALL the licenses need renewing, Eco, Navitas and RKH as well as Borders, and the need that to happen soon.

RKH and Navitas will need a 5 year production/Development license and Eco/Navitas will want something similar, 5 year, although they would have to offer up some exploration drilling or shooting of some new 3D to get that in the bag, but with Navitas having a rig down drilling from Jan 2027, there should be no problem for Eco/Navitas getting that, once there ink is dry on them both taking over from JHI.

So, what are Borders up to 🤔. I would imagine FIG will want to extend all the licenses by same length, and with a partner Borders could easily get a 5 year development/production license as any partner will concentrate on getting Darwin up and running ASAP. Also the warrants that are in the money, will need to be taken up by Sept, therefore I believe so it could all come to a head in September. Warrants get taken up; partner comes onboard; FIG signs them in and signs off on 5 years.

Exciting times. I do hope Borders get a decent partner, even though no-one has shown their hand so far. What an amazing game of poker is going on behind the scenes. My money is still on Navitas coming into the mix somehow.
