The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
At the moment my take on the whole book is that it's managed/ manipulated. They can drop the bid/ increase the bid and do anything with the ASK which pretty much means they are playing both sides of the book. Nobody else is involved because there is no volume, no volume= no profit. However its good, because the squeeze is to force selling and when they are done, they will do the same in the 3's.
For what it's worth, they were SELLS. Sold just over the mid price, selling is somebody else buying and I actually prefer stocks going up by bidder action. Nobody cared to mention the 3.02 trades (300k) were also sells, very little buys all day.
NEWS PLEASE BOARD!!! Its deader than a dead place here, even more quiet than your data room........... Board, what's Bruce up to? Our business development manager????? Still developing his skills on Fortnite all day?
Interesting comment by Malcy about the Namibia area for mobilising a rig, rigs travel globally and are long lead items. I wonder why he was specific about Namibia....... In regard to farm in Buffit, the data room has been open for so long it looks like something from a Halloween movie with lots of cobwebs and spiders. I suspect every oilie who doesn't have Argentinian interests have been in and out multiple times already, I am hoping monetisation means us going it alone.
Ah our business development manager Bruce, he must be the happiest out of everyone. A business development manager still employed after all these years, paid a nice salary and perks without ever........ developing any business.
POC has been on another level talking this up with plain ramping, I am long term here and don't need a quick change in share price for profit or loss recovery- I am here to a production price or takeout and hold a sizeable % here for the party. I await his reply to the public shaming, perhaps he will not be back. Doesn't alter the tradectory we are on, onwards and upwards.
So it's just the money we need, deferred bonds and go it alone or farm out? The DB route would be great but the only problem for me is that we haven't done the appraisal of Darwin (despite it being almost 100% due to the high liquid content and lack of V). Investors like to have no risk and this would clearly still be a risk, but if the appraisal is good like it should be then this drill comes part of the Capex already budgeted for because its goes from appraisal to development. Maybe 2 rounds of DB would be appropriate, one with a higher return than the other. Either way I love the thought of us retaining 100% and still think self funding is the more likely route with potential equity support from suppliers rather than a farm out- if Darwin was able to be farmed out, it would have happened by now in my opinion.
Interesting find! Junpie has been around the block with Japanese Petroleum, Total etc and lived in the USA,Europe and is back home now in Japan. Facebook shows him as freelancing since 2021 and being the pipe construction director for us since last year. He's also been to North Seaton recently which has to be FES Subsea, great to see real progress and as everyone knows the final tick in the box is capital. Investors with deep pockets arriving as well, exciting days ahead.
Yep looks like he took Damille's holding or simply bought more from the open market ( yet to see Damille's dumping notice) Surprised that the price here isn't flying at the moment when its fairly obvious something is afoot.
According to market screener there is a H MANSON which I presume is a typo and is H MASON, he apparently is on the list at just under 4% and if you add Damille holding you will get to the new figure in the RNS (ish). I dont ever remember seeing a disclosure for him crossing 3% before though.
I strongly suspect now that our old CEO has gone, all the technical stuff, long lead requirements and floater choice are ALL in place- just need the finance. Could BOR be the revelation and shock of the year and go it alone?
I've said all along BOR could be self funding this thing because the Capex is pretty low to get things started and the return is off the scale unbelievable, these things are not ignored by the people that can make this happen and the wheels seem to be turning finally.
AB was buying in the 5's, I saw it myself when the A trades ripped through triggering the RNS. I can see Damille exiting which would explain for some of the stock, they are offshore too and they bought in cheap and have made this £ so my money is on them. They are stab and grabbers- not long termers, it's interesting how the big guys are buying in their own names hiding the true sources. Something definitely going on here and its got to be for the good because we are only 2p!
Well it's pretty strange as to where all this stock has been coming from, day to day activity here resembles a morgue and the only holding RNS'S of late has ben acquisitions and no dumping. The stock must be coming from somewhere, so expect a dumping RNS soon otherwise things just do not add up.... Also 2 individuals holding nearly 20% of the stock here, its starting to smell a bit to me....... Others in the know for definite.
Well Phil at least we know who spent the £83k at 3p, but where did all the rest of the stock come from? Certainly not the open market otherwise we would be 10p and not 2!!! Interesting to see who has reduced or got out, like AB- he has declared his holding in his own name. Singapore based hub with a lot of capital available, off shore etc- another piece of the jigsaw puzzle?
