As for drilling 3 or 4 NFB wells for 1 SFB that's utter tosh as well as the Opex !! Final flow rates on Darwin light oil/condensate are anticipated to be much higher than Sealion's waxy medium crude. The only thing I kind of agree on is that there won't in my opinion be any wild cat exploration in the South making Darwin that much more valuable ( in addition to Border's high chance of success other targets)

In addition around half the company is owned by high net worth investors and there's little to trade. Farm in/partnership talks are maturing and the company is in several NDA's. Licence's are subject to conditions and one of those like all previous years is the classic rollover that will happen at some point taking the licence next expiry date to the end of 2028. Yep final results due in a couple of weeks . Harry was super bullish in all his recent interviews and updates here . His brokers both said the deal will likely be done quarter 4 2025 and quarter 1 2026 ( 2 different entities). I’m sure he’s hoping the deal to be finalised prior, awkward update otherwise given his overly bullish stance and comments . The company are ( most definitely) zipped up in confidential non disclosures right now in my opinion so they can’t say a lot if anything , just get the bloody deal done even if it’s a bit less than ideal . Downside could be the investment bank doing the negotiations, third parties can confuse things even if they are the ones that can unlock doors .
