Yep looks like he took Damille's holding or simply bought more from the open market ( yet to see Damille's dumping notice) Surprised that the price here isn't flying at the moment when its fairly obvious something is afoot.
According to market screener there is a H MANSON which I presume is a typo and is H MASON, he apparently is on the list at just under 4% and if you add Damille holding you will get to the new figure in the RNS (ish). I dont ever remember seeing a disclosure for him crossing 3% before though.
I strongly suspect now that our old CEO has gone, all the technical stuff, long lead requirements and floater choice are ALL in place- just need the finance. Could BOR be the revelation and shock of the year and go it alone?
I've said all along BOR could be self funding this thing because the Capex is pretty low to get things started and the return is off the scale unbelievable, these things are not ignored by the people that can make this happen and the wheels seem to be turning finally.
AB was buying in the 5's, I saw it myself when the A trades ripped through triggering the RNS. I can see Damille exiting which would explain for some of the stock, they are offshore too and they bought in cheap and have made this £ so my money is on them. They are stab and grabbers- not long termers, it's interesting how the big guys are buying in their own names hiding the true sources. Something definitely going on here and its got to be for the good because we are only 2p!
Well it's pretty strange as to where all this stock has been coming from, day to day activity here resembles a morgue and the only holding RNS'S of late has ben acquisitions and no dumping. The stock must be coming from somewhere, so expect a dumping RNS soon otherwise things just do not add up.... Also 2 individuals holding nearly 20% of the stock here, its starting to smell a bit to me....... Others in the know for definite.
Well Phil at least we know who spent the £83k at 3p, but where did all the rest of the stock come from? Certainly not the open market otherwise we would be 10p and not 2!!! Interesting to see who has reduced or got out, like AB- he has declared his holding in his own name. Singapore based hub with a lot of capital available, off shore etc- another piece of the jigsaw puzzle?
Hi Ant, nobody to notice last time but I will say ti again. The RNS from Borders advised that Baker IS a director of Alana Capital and Baker Melling. However Alana Capital is dissolved and Baker has never been a director of that company, Baker Milling isn't active either. It's pretty poor that they couldn't even get this right and why the false info? What's the point?
Personally I don't believe it one bit, but the bond issue I have voiced before and that could be a go-er. After all, if nobody is really that interested then we have to do it by ourselves. It's not super big money in the grand scheme of oil development and is definitely possible. On another note I just saw an A trade for under £50 drop our value by nearly 10%, the games continue and can continue when the stock is so stagnant.
I suppose there is only so long investors can tolerate shi*t communication regardless of the so called prize- we are human. Worrying thing here is its radio silence every single day and not even a welcome RNS from the new CEO. Was Obee pushed out of the job because he was an absolute failure of doing a deal regardless of him discovering Darwin? Who is Baker anyway (our new CEO), according to my research his disclosures are a company that's gone and a company that's dormant.
Is he our Chairman's man/mate or something else? Why him? I don't see a glorious history with Baker?
WTF is going on? My main reassurance is that the greedy ones are still here increasing and as the saying goes- follow the money.....
Just because there's not much on the bid doesn't mean there isn't much on the quote, which there is a fair bit to buy from 2.5- 2.7p. The ask its all 3p+ so the indications are no cheap selling and the buyers not keen to pay more than a lowish price either. So basically nobody is really bothered about buying or selling which equals- no market. Needs news
Brent now at 91 usd (at time of typing). This stock is so valuable and such a cheap price, the opportunity will probably never come again for most. Us long termers have done the suffering for you, news any day
Load of dollocks here as usual, the reality is that's there is no volume to take us up so the MM'S need to take us down..... it's so easy to manipulate this stock when volume is so low. I do it myself sometimes, last week i made sure the bid was 3p just because I could! It's nothing different than now, put two opposing trades owned by yourself and go up or down as you like to control the price here. Taking your own A trades out and control the price! If anything newcomers should grasp the opportunity here, us old timers have probably already had their fill and then some...... that said I was a little tempted again.
We must be at the point now where BOR have talked to everyone in the world about our asset, I had 3 grey hairs when I first invested and now I have no black hairs at all. Feels like a lifetime here, checking in at 7am every morning to see nothing. Patience apparently wins according to a rather well known billionaire investor who also has an all white hair do, but I really don't want to wait much longer...... I said this is the year - hope I'm right.
