The clowns never had a case.......... now it's cost them 3m Euro's , none of the executives or directors involved in AST could run a bath let alone a successful gas company. They were all in it for a easy few bob from Hutchinson, Parsons that utter prick Denton or whatever his name was.. Through to the clowns that are there now. Lights off close the door hand the keys back .. Hang on they don't have a physical office... IMHO of course

It seems AST can only appeal if there is a fundamental error in law or undisclosed relationships that compromise the judgement.

Not a good look for Enyo. They will be having a good look at whether they can appeal.

Sold the remainder of a smallish holding here not long ago to lock in a loss against gains elsewhere.

Ironically, the original shares I sold several years ago was to loan money to a friend who was in difficulty at the time. He never paid me back and is unlikely to. More than one lesson learned from this debacle.

So best case, break even. Share price will nose dive cos the only hope was a +100mil win. Fat lady is warming up her voice.
