Which bit of this do you not understand ? Taken from the January RNS announcement of the disposal of Manica ?
If there is any breach of these security provisions or the late payment of any of the amounts due to be paid by the Buyers under the MMP Agreements that is not rectified within 14 days, then: (i) all outstanding amounts will become due and payable; (ii) interest will from the date of the breach accrue on all unpaid amounts at the rate of 2% per cent per month compounded monthly on the last day of each calendar month; and (iii) the Buyers irrevocably grant to the Seller (or its nominated representative) an option to acquire the Mining Licence and / or all the issued shares of Explorator for US$1 such option to remain valid until all amounts including accrued interest due under the MMP Agreements have been paid in full.
Christ where do these Bulletin Board cr-p-heads come from ?
Perhaps you should wake-up, do some reading of the default clauses in the SPA between Buyer and Seller and then come back and apologise.
Idiot !!
There is no way in hell that the 40+ million mine will be bought for £1.
I think it's about time xtract holders wake up!
At least the rising price of gold will ensure that our royalties are paid in full and on time. If they don't we get the mine back for the price of $1.
Jan Nelson seems to look in the right places for copper 😉
Look at gold go..... As predicted! Lucky we have a gold mine......
The total value of all trades - buys and sells - in all Feb 24 for xtr.l was under 300k gbp btw (was just looking on London Stock exchange site for this for another share and took a look for xtr too) = sad
But at least Jan and Feb 24 total values are better than the back end of 2023 ones.. towards finishing on a positive ! :-)
With such low transacted volumes the few grand bet traders that are happy to take 10% or 20% will still have big sway here.. if/when buying volume transacted increases meaningfully here, while there will always be selling in play at whatever s/p, the smaller bet short term trader types will have less and less overall s/p impact .....
Indeed. That little furry earlier this week does seem to have elicited more sideline sellers to come out of the woodwork. The distribution stage hasn't finished yet, it seems.
It was getting awkward to buy at 1.1 on Monday then it shot up.
Haven’t tried buying today but the stock did feel in shorter supply earlier in the week.
Feel like the market needs to see an rns that confirms forthcoming drill activity WITHOUT dilution.
Market doesn’t trust Bird so needs to be but in writing to remove any doubts around costs imo
Decent volume needs to come back here to facilitate a sustained meaningful rally imho..eg back towards 1.75p ... and news still the most likely the driver for that for xtr.l, I'd expect
That said, there's little stock available to buy at under 1.5 p, I'd suspect - as this s/p is, in the round, too low now at under 1.5p - and so somebodies averaging down punchily here and/or taking decent sized new positions here could rally an illiquid stock like this currently is sustainably back into the 1.5 p to 2p range fairly readily around now too..
imho & dyor
I'm guessing this isn't a rise, just some action with Bed and ISAs? 900k sell covered by 3x300k buys and a few 100ks covered by a 300k.
Always nice to see blue though.
?
