The share price is not going to rise. Shares held by what is basically a concert party inspired by woodford, we, the small holders have the edge as dribbling out the sells will prevent more wasting of shareholders money... on the salaries, bonuses and options of the BoD.. I intend to sell into any demand to keep the price down.. how much you want to lose?
Everyone has their own strategies nr cynic and if that is yours then good on you. Hopefully good news will flow, the SP will rise and you’ll be out soon enough and then everyone is happy
the point is that shareholders with even a modest holding can keep up the downward pressure on the price and prevent the BoD from raising even more money to waste on themselves. Furthermore any other type of shareholder action will be stymied by what is basically a concert party of investors, originally started by Woodford. (I have no doubt that in addition to the remuneration there will also be "monitoring fees" paid to the main investors) There are other options than just blundering ahead. Sell the filter thingy, sell the bead cleaning thingy,.. After all they spun off the leather thingy having touted it for who knows how long. .Both Mark and Paul have (ahem) chequered histories ... but back them if you want whilst they trouser eye watering remuneration packages..
Not sure the relevance of what you have invested vs what I have...........but if you have such a large holding there are better ways to force change than selling into any uptick. Why don't you start a shareholder motion with other iis and PIs to mandate change at the top?
I can guarantee I've invested more in this stock than you have, most of which is now worthless.
The point is to get the BoD to look after our interests and not just keep trousering eye watering salaries/bonuses and share options from a company that has never generated any cash (let alone any EBITDA) where the patents have expired, there is little IP in the filtering thingy and they will soon be back for a ReFi. I'll keep the share price low by selling into any uptick to stop them raising more money to waste on themselves. My points are not "opinionated" they are based on solid facts in the public domain and as published by the company. Any one can do this research.. or keep to preformed opinions divorced from facts and by being unwilling to recognise they , like me, made a mistake in investing in this crock at all..
Mr Cynic, what is the purpose of your posts on here advising people to sell? Are you invested?
You make some valid if opinionated points, the BOD have certainly not looked after PIs over the years and made a string of mistakes. I remain hopeful though that change is afoot

Monthly cash burn run rate of £500,000 per month
that is why there is little interest :-)
Obviously no one is following this stock. Keep selling before we hear about the next fund raise. After all the BoD have to take shareholder interests into account at some point. Obviously not while they collect expensive salaries, bonuses and share options..
Anyone investing in this wants their head examined. Patents have expired on the 10 year old innovative bead cleaning technology, a filtering system without any unique IP, all the "development contracts" going backwards and run by 2 individuals only looking after their own interests. Look at past annual statements -commercial laundry, domestic laundry, leather, filtering, denim... any more goal posts to move? Meanwhile more salaries and bonuses and share options...
The award of options at 93.5p is hardly inspiring!
But WHEN can we expect to break even?! Or even make a profit?
Is there anyone else who suspects the SP is being manipulated?
Why do you think it's going to be a stretch?
So they have previously announced that they believe they have enough cash to get to break-even stage
I should also mention, £7.8m in cash, and MCAP only £24m. Yes they've made plenty of mistakes in the past but they're now on the right track with a low cost of capital licencing model which should generate significant £
I agree, lots of positive snippets. They just need further commercial deals to be signed so as not to be soundbites!
Key snippets:
XFiltra
* Since September, the Company has commenced the negotiation of joint development agreements with three additional major players.
* Another commercial laundry OEM in early-stage discussions with the Company regarding XFiltra for a model that they plan to start selling in Q2 2023.
Denim:
Discussions have recently commenced to license Xeros' technology in Turkey which is another major production hub for denim. Xeros' plans are supported by the above results and the benefits case which continues to be validated both from an environmental and a financial perspective as well as the successful tests recently completed with three major denim brands.
"Over the last four months engagements with prospective partners increased significantly and our expectation is that we will see additional agreements signed during 2022, with some anticipated in the near term."
Really good RNS and progress moving in the right direction for XSG.
A bit of good news in India?

Micro plastics on Gb news currently
Great to see Alberta Costa raise filters in washing machines in the commons today (even if they were preoccupied with Boris)
