Some way back up that Is!
Some serious money showing up after hours. No doubt factored in, but every chance of a TR1 I'd say.
Yeah, I know, only a joke. I'd been looking at the major shareholders on their website. Still a way to go on this I believe.
Depends where you have been looking. I'm getting a Savoy Hotel, Amsterdam ad under the first post today, having followed up a link to them earlier.
...might well improve if the retail staff lost the condescending attitude; customers are the reason you exit and not an interruption to your day.
£630K at 10am. Someone is accumulating.
Just had a Naked Wines advert beneath the first post. Good to see the company exploring shareholder opportunities Little shake there to liven things up..
As I've said elsewhere, I don't normally partake in the morning, but sometimes it's rude not too ;)
Trust you to be in a wine share - lol
Buying pressure continuing.
RSI still oversold on my chart, sp as expected still moving up. Plenty of trades yet to show I expect. Wouldn't be surprised to see 350 today. Only 2 months ago Derek Hardy bought at 358 and 375.
They usually pay 2 per year, 1 interim and one at end of year. None so far, bit strange. Either way, over sold and an easy no-brainer punt to be made here today. "Majestic announces profits below expectations in 2017, but remains on track to hit 3 year plan of £500m in sales by 2019" This RNS did not warrant a -30% drop this morning, but it certainly makes me happy to pick them up on the fly!
RNS says dividends to resume this year.
I thought with the naked acquisition dividends were on hold?
You'd have to think so. Oversold at these levels. Great chance for IIs buy up a few, especially as they will no doubt have spoken to the directors to reassure themselves about the longer term plan. Great short term play in my view. Longer term a bit dull for me, but dividends will be paid again this year so a good solid share.
i should think it is institutional investors will try and buy millions of shares at prices up to 360 jmo.
Wonder if some TR1s will show later. Certainly volume is huge.
i hear what you are saying but should that equate to a drop of this magnitude 380/390 should be a reasonable price im in at 314 happy at that.
Profit before tax of 16m expected, even with this update. Profit expected to increase this year, but not as much as expected. 3 year plan on track.
Revenue of 400m+, profit of only 6m.. I wouldn't call it a strong profit making business...
Taken a punt. Good value at these levels. Nothing fundamentally changed. Strong profit making business. I expect a quick recovery after the initial shock has worn off. Would start a twitter campaign, but #WINE isn't going to work!
at wine its preformed well made good profits paid decent divi,s in past year this drop seems well over the top , just because they will make 2 million less am i missing some thing .
Good daytrading opp on a 30% drop if interested
