Can see some huge sales going through at 13:48:03, something around about ~1.6% of the company sold just then for ~750k when scanning the numbers briefly... big shorts back in? who is selling such a huge amount in one go? slow bunch of sells only just printing now execution is done? either way that is huge given the remaining mcap
Almost 2year long downtrend.. can't do much here other than wait for an RNS of real substance or BoD buy-ins for confidence. Beaten down so hard, it is unreal.
Makes a decent swing trade from time to time though, but the risk:reward can be dangerous given the previous falls/volatility.
I assume you are referring to the spike (if it could be called that?) at approx 13:58 which saw the SP go up by 0.3% after falling by more than 3%, and it's now sadly right back where it started :-(
That aside, I scraped 3 pennies per share following on from my buy in earlier this morning (610 -> 613) ... Now eagerly awaiting to get back in again on the first sign of momentum. I shall consult the magic of TA charts and see what nonsense they convince me to do.
It held 610 at open, which was my main worry before wanting to buy back in yesterday towards EOD when it was likewise at 610.
Will be watching it closely to see if we slingshot back to 630 through the gap again... Looking okay so far.
FWIW, back in this morning with a buy of 610.
Ah okay, thank you for clearing that up. I share similar views, but missed the opportunity earlier today when it was at 188 or so.
Anyhow, sorry for OT & back to DARK. This drop seems exaggerated on little/no news, if it were earlier on in the day I'd take a bite. Just don't want to buy in this late in the day with this much negative momentum. going into close :-(
Agree on 610 being a good start to begin re-entry (disclaimer: previously bought at 5.86 avg and sold 6.30), although at the same time I feel like this is a bit of a coinflip dependent on tomorrows open... Could easily see it open down by a couple of % and have another red day, given the momentum we are currently seeing going into close. I'll wait a little longer prior to buying back, but wish you all the best and hope to be proven wrong for the sake of fellow PIs.
I agree that it has spent 4/5 days on life support, but as a result it is now oversold on the technicals, which points towards a bounce, which thereby makes it a worthwhile risk:reward for some that want to bite to shave a few %.
Disclaimer: I'm only marginally in the blue (stamp tax is such a bastard) having bought a few lots during yesterdays turbulence.
Modelling off of yesterdays rise... if we have an early morning wobble at approx 08:21 and head slightly down until 08:25, then begin climbing again I'd love to see a like-for-like replica of yesterdays events... Just waiting for it to go buck the trend and suddenly jump up again to signal another rise and should be in for a nice day I hope :-) !
I've encountered issues buying. Not quite to the amount of the poster below, but often found the most I could purchase was approx 10,000 shares... Anymore and it was v. difficult to get a quote.
In other news, strong opening so far- especially after a strong rerate yesterday without any material news other than finger in the air speculation around rising COVID rates once more (FFS). Some early morning resistance as expected (especially after yesterdays rise), so will be interesting to see how the shorters react as circa 2% of stock is reported as short, yet it is still rising rapidly and past rises like this have seen monstrous recoveries (March, July, Oct 2020 etc.).
I was trying to buy this morning but could only build a 60% stake of what I wanted in small increments - never experienced that quite like this before FWIW to others speculating if another entity is soaking up shares.
