AAC Cyroma Limited we've been told by the company is at the most advanced stage of being sold in relation to the other assets and we know its revenues for last year were £5 million whixh was 66% more than the previous year. The same improvement again for this year would give revenues of £8.33 million.
I have started building a position in Versarien as I think it's extremely undervalued and we're about to get a very nice suprise with the sale of AAC Cyroma.
I think £4 million for assets sales is probably over optimistic.
No wonder just 10 percent hand to mouth takers

0.40 on the ask
36% up from just a few larger buys. Something going on...
The rampers who keep citing AAC Cyroma sale at £4 million ignore the £5 million Innovate loan plus other debt when they come up with VRS is a bargain ramps.
I also doubt that AAC Cyroma will generate £4 million. Why because it is loss making and VRS directors wrote off goodwill associated with the business because they couldn’t justify any value over net assets which are £500.000.
Sorry been away from this board, what have I missed ?
The sale is coming... please be patient.....
4mill assets? Is that another "official" estimate from the pump crew?
Robsaunders99 was saying they're going to get 5mill just for AAC Cyroma!
He won't be pleased! That's if his username still exists that is.

Away from the graphene, there are a few whispers going around that a sale of one of their companies is hotting up...and thank goodness, it's not the one in South Korea. Wondering if anyone else has heard this as this maybe currently under the radar because it's not a listed company and just part of the group. These whispers haven't come from anything stock market related...

Hopefully AI will benefit the advanced materials sector as a whole. Increased awareness and viability a good thing to speed route to commercialisation: https://deepmind.google/discover/blog/millions-of-new-materials-discovered-with-deep-learning/
I bought some during this morning's dip. Hopefully that's the low. Placing just 3 weeks ago so not sure if overhang has cleared yet but each day that goes by we're that much closer. Some big buys coming through today so that's encouraging. What's less encouraging is some sells below placing price. A good update back in September, but 3 months is a long time in AIM, as VDTK holders found out this week. They had a £500k placing in September and already burned through it! Hope we get news of a sale soon.

How many unissued shares has VRS got left in their treasury?
Well my punt at 0.33p not looking so good now 🤔 this is really beginning to feel like it's going to the wall. They Cyroma sold as they'll be needing more cash again soon and I don't forsee many being interested in another fundraise.
