As a recent medium to long term holder again, just putting it out there that I am still holding and looking forward to hearing more progress....with a little hope that the silence from the company means they are very busy...fingers crossed.
If you haven't read any of my previous posts, I have only invested what I can afford to lose. Please do your own research and make decisions that are right for you.
All the best everyone.
From LinkedIn a few days ago;
“Versarien® plc is excited to be attending Highways UK at the NEC this year alongside Keyline Civils Specialist on Stand 170 as a featured supplier, helping them to bring pioneering 3D Construction Printing (3DCP) products and services to the UK highways, civils and drainage market. Our Head of 3DCP Ben Harries will be there to answer questions about how Keyline Civils Specialist and Versarien® plc can help you integrate 3DCP into your projects”
Perspective it most certainly is. (Read after first post, which "posted" itself!)
Does rather depend on whether you are buying to hold as a long term investment or whether you are hoping for shorter term trading opportunities. In the investment case the spread isn't really an issue, but from a trading p
In my opinion the buy price is ridiculously cheap. Mid to long-term these should do very well. But I take your point regarding the spread. It hampers the market somewhat
Currently over 28% spread is stopping me buying. You buy at 0.086p and sell at 0.07p, ridiculous.
That's a fair comment but the fact that VRS previously have not been known to win many contracts of any size and given where the SP is I'd suggest it's a little harsh to pee on shareholders expected enthusiasm for the event. It is the weekend afterall 🍻
A contract worth £200,000 is only impressive if it yields high profits. If the cost to fulfill it exceeds its value, then the £200,000 figure loses its allure. I seldom get excited about such news until I've scrutinised the details. After all, revenue is vanity, but profit is sanity. Lets see if any future profitable contracts come from this before jumping the gun regarding rerates and multibags.
It'd certainly creeping up day by day
Looking forward to hearing more about this....
"Under the contract, Versarien will initially provide support to Building For Humanity, and the wider design team, to ensure alignment of the design with the 3DCP printing parameters, moving to the provision of staff and full printing services by the Company at the project's construction stage"
I am hoping we get a little more details on yesterday's great RNS with an interview from Steve later today.
Things are starting to come together as the turnaround starts to gain track.
Monies still to come from South Korea
Monies still to come from possible company sales of AAC & TC
Monies still to come from recent sale contracts
Monies still to come from possible new sales
.....and let's not forget all the hard work and possible monies coming in from Spain that seems to be gathering at a faster pace.
All looking even more undervalued now.
I do not post much on bulletin boards because I find them infested with many unsavoury types. I am an investor that has made money previously on VRS and I feel the time has come again, but I haven't invested anything that I cannot afford to lose.
Good luck to all holders and please do your own research.
Well with Labour's green target and housing project, this could become very promising
So we are witnessing VRS transition from a purely Graphene research and development business to a building/construction company using leading technology methods to produce cost effective and affordable homes and there is a chance here to buy in for under 0.1p. A new advanced building company that at 1p will be more than a 10 bagger from here. Food for thought. Let's hope this first £1Million project is a screaming success. Will definitely help their next few sets of results.
This £200k is only for phase 1 of a possible 5 phases. Potentially £1m coming to VRS. Then potentially more. This will boom when the market wakes up to this. This initial payment is for one block of housing. There's 5 blocks being built in this phase
I would suggest it's not just about VRS landing a £200,000 contract but more that eventually they have found a market they can sell their product or services too, it's been a long time coming, and let's face it should the project prove successful there could be very high demand for social housing and projects of this nature.
Watch this space, it could start getting exciting again.
Merely stating a buy is not a ramp, Laura, just a fact. So how has your SND ramp been going?
Its not how big the contract is, its more that the turnaround has started and with a micro cap of £1m - this will multi bag over the next few months.
We have the Korean sale money banked and another RNS due shortly in regard to another asset being sold.
Great times ahead.... no brainer down here
How did that GEX cross ramp go Bearded ?
The market cap here is tiny. £200,000 contract is significant when compared to the market cap.
Not a boom but certainly a pop
Very unlikely to see a BOOM on such a tiny contract, but fingers crossed for at least some upward momentum this week.

Versarien plc
("Versarien" or the "Company")
3D Construction Printing Contract with Building For Humanity
Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a contract with Building For Humanity for Versarien to act as a 'print partner' to support Building For Humanity CIC, a community interest company, with a range of services for its flagship Charter Street project in Accrington, Lancashire. The contract, initially valued at approximately £200,000 will see Versarien providing 3D construction printing ("3DCP") input at all stages of the project, giving Building For Humanity a full service from design to construction.
It's why I have been buying for the last few weeks
