Probably the most obvious undervalued company on aim.
28m cap.
46m in cash and incoming deals of 100-150m USD .
Directors and PMDR dealing at 27p. For 200k GBP.
Q1 newsflow deals / merger .
Farm out 20tcf Thrace basin deep .
Gas is there but force closed rates from shallow condensate.
Was £2 and only 81m shares in issue with about half that in free float.
Hard to buy and huge gaps in chart up to £1.50 circa .
Going to be real interesting on news .
could be a good day
even a grands worth with Halifax. Negotiated order only. Which has yet to be negotiated by all accounts :( But maybe that's a good thing if things moving.
Up again and no volume to buy...when do I get an apology from Earache?
No issue at all, will give it a watch, thanks

This is in the public domain so hopefully no issue in publishing it. All looking pretty positive I guess.
Up tomorrow hopefully.
Low risk of not completing is what they told me when I asked them some questions on Twitter. Confident indeed.
Q1. Tone of RNS’ and director buying suggests it’s a done deal, just my view though
When is the deal due to be settled
If you want a laugh, look near top of page 2 (full page of chats mode) to see the nonsense I was having to take from the appropriately named "Earache".
Yes a great recovery play.
Added more today at 28p
Should re-rate to about 40p once the deal is settled then a bit of good news flow and I expect around 80p.
I bought almost everything available up to 24p once I heard about the deal. Almost never seen a stock trading so far below cash
Maybe they will return some of the spare cash to shareholders.
Presentation has been updated for December as well
Hi Kennyruss , good reasons to purchase ,been here a few weeks and its nice and steady....welcome
First purchase today.
Director buys and cash position makes this a compelling buy

****** = bullocks
Yep, not forgotten, earache. Hope all well at your end, too. Here, looking forward to all this Covid ****** ending soon - can't come soon enough.
This morning, couldn't resist a small bite at this. One of my main concerns was the conventional business and the weakening gas price and Turkish Lira. Never expected them to sell. Solves the problem.
Still concerned with the swollen, even 'obese', BoD - they could lose half their number and not notice, and thus they could easily gorge themselves on most of the incoming funds.
Too, not sure the company has the skills to get a good M&A bargain? There will be plenty of sharp competitors out there too. Perhaps they would do well to merge with another entity so as to have even more purchasing power? - but career rivalries will probably put a stop to such moves?
Looks possible that we might have some news on farm-out in Q1; and M&A in Q2/3. I think those are the timescales we are looking at now.
No funds currently as my main shares are at their lows, and many opportunities I'd like to pick up. But when my money comes in, I hope to pick up a few more here if still cheap.
For what its worth looks like our company is trading at the biggest discount to cash of all E&Ps in London

& false spread
23.9 for any amount to buy up to 27p on anything over £25k
22.5 to sell any amount.
Won’t take all that long for this to move imo.
Ah yes "King of Mining" sure he knows how to make a bob or 2.
Be interesting to listen to the conference call at 4pm.
Least we know who the seller is ;)
