...more for me today, averaging up a bit.
Expected news of plans/developments by now and with the strength in natural gas price, likely reducing opportunity cost and recent ability to redeploy profit seemed like a good choice.
Had a bit of in out in at fog finally too (from first min after 8am on news - luckily saw the rns), aex av down - an increasing priority.
This winter good be a good time for the sector.

Wonder where the cash gonna be used.
Q1 21 results - " With the anticipated sale proceeds of US$15.5 million, subject to normal closing adjustments, plus our March 31 cash balance of US$29.4 million, we are in an opportune position to access meaningful inorganic growth opportunities"
Shallow gas bis sale - "Valeura's corporate cash balance is now approximately US$44 million, and pursuant to the terms of the Sale Transaction the Company is entitled to receive royalty payments over a five-year period, tied to local gas prices and ranging in total from a minimum of US$1.0 million and a cap of US$2.5 million"
44m usd currently >31m gbp, mcap ~26m at mo.
Happy to wait it out now.

O.S. I took that and put it on twitter
With the current cash balances and the sale of the conventional gas business according to the results issued today will have cash reserves of 44 million dollars
With the market cap of 26 million seems to me to be grossly undervalued at far less than cash balances despite all the other assets
Yep like that RNS .. sit and wait .. Co's with large cash balances this year will be able to pick and choose when it goes a little wonky out there.
Great opportunity here imo.
Strong existing cash balance and further cash from asset sale to come in.
Farm out process underway and potential acquisitions to look forward to.
surely better to keep gains for after the tax year end?
Been holding very 'tight' to mine for near 5 months now, hopefully able to derisk before the end of the my 6th.

34p sell price on TSX now
I'm not sure. At 35 it was pricing in the deal so I guess got a bit ahead. I did sell a chunk I had in IG at that stage. Bought back today just under 30 (though I had kept the majority). Seems to be faring better today on the TSX. All depends on transaction completing I think.
Wow. So after the bullish sentiment of just over 2 weeks ago, the price has managed to be driven down to early December levels on not very much as far as I can see. Games or........???
It is me just bought £3400 . It is too cheap now just wait next update . Have more money than CAP and no debt. Only money in so why dont leave money on share and come bach some months to collect it with plus bags.

Well presentation 3 weeks back he says 100m to 150m used mergers. So with a 30m cap I'd say there is plenty of head room here . Esp with 200k of PMDR open market. 1 month ago
Good summary Starbuck. I have a 23p average and it's my largest holding (was even at 23).
