Another RNS :
Q1 2020 profits up 9%
Covid -19 have little to no impact on production or revenue awesome ......... only 10k remaining @ offer GLA
Interesting RNS this morning showing “yet again” directors topping up at these crazy levels, if that isn’t a sign of confidence and what they are expecting to come what is - GLA
Again no sells and a 5 buys no movement in the SP, buys have outweighed sells for days, there are also only 87m shares in issue and a lot are held with not a great deal of available stock should motor first sign of news, MC still half of cash in bank totally undervalued IMO
Yes also over at prem, seems there is a big re-rate possible here and at prem once news lands
I have looked into VLU after James Goozee mentioned it on his Twitter feed. He has recently been building a stake on the lithium prospect PREM - currently owns an 8% stake. I was expecting his statement of interest might have produce a small flurry of buys from PREM speculators. Looking at the figures, this does not seem to have materialised.
The cash and earning figures look robust and the gas prospects are quite alluring.
Considering a punt.
Few typos on review apologies iPhone again
Sorry Laurence but your wrong, in essence your no better than the poster your trying to get the upper hand on.
Posts have been reported. I’m guessing your a educated guy, dont drop to this mans level, if you think his posts are effecting your investment then please report him to LSE by reporting the post.
It is easy to get into a cat fight and you will find keyboard warriors all over LSE that love nothing better than to get attention but don’t drop to his level. There are a lot of investors just as P!553d at you know as you are with him “ pot kettle black” please refrain from tittle tattle on the BB please. Thank you
Good afternoon Charlie1984, unfortunately you have a poster here by the name of Earache, this disgraceful person seems to think its ok to post on a share he has no investment in, his posts are malicious , disruptive and show a complete lack of respect for fellow share holders and their investments. Unfortunately some people mistake kindness for weakness, I have had enough of his disgusting behaviour and until he removes his post I will keep posting so others can see what it feels like to have a disruptive person on their BB. I have 3 weeks off so I am sure I can find some equally negative events to post about his investments, I am giving him a little longer to remove his post before I do this as I do have respect for others and their money unlike Earache.
Earache, remove your post .... time is not your friend
valid points you make Charlie, we seem to have some conflict between certain posters and nothing to do with investment in vlu.
I would suggest to lawenceh to remove his post and to take his personal vendetta away from this bb.
So essentially you are saying that you are deramping this share because earache has been deramping a stock that you are long on?
That’s pretty sad. How about you two meet for a fight in a car park somewhere and save us all your from your nonsense. No spitting though as there’s a virus about.
Good afternoon LawrenceH, just reading your posting history can only see 3 posts in the last 30 days on this share, all of which are "strong sell"
Just wondering at what point you held and sold or clearly what entry point your trying to get in at.
If you didnt hold and dont look to hold, then I find it strange why you would pass judgment on a share you dont hold or have no interest in holding due to your strong sell indication.
Strangely looking forward to your reply ............................. As the cash in the bank is double the current MC and that value then doesnt include current assets or equipment etc
I am also working in Iraq close to the Turkish boarder in Norther Kurdistan and there is no longer any signs of conflict.
VLU is perfectly placed to supply a country that fuel consumption is 90% gas and the gas price is higher than that of the global market!
I have bought in based on the cash position v market cap and directors buys.
I’ll be watching and adding hopefully into strength
Apologies typing on the iPhone, not the best but you get the point
Judging by the traffic this is a very unknown of company in comparison to others on the market.
I have been sat looking at the directors buys, I have also reviewed looking at highs prior to the drop due to conflict on the Turkish boarder you will see 20th Sep 2019 £2.02 and 15th October 2019.
Nothing in the RNS apart from conflict to warrant the drop in SP.
I am currently working the other side of the Turkish boarder in Norther Kurdistan, why at the time of reporting you could hear in the distant shell fire there has been nothing since and there seems to have been a cease fire since way before Christmas.
Operations are still ongoing both sides of the Turkish boarder and the price of Natural Gas on the Turkish market if much higher than that of the world price not only that but 90% Turkish fuel is natural gas.
So this is demonstration that there is a big market for this...………...…………...…. can in my personnel opinion see a large re-rate here.
Even looking at the RNS is clearly states the position of this company:
Enviable financial position, with no debt and approximately $36 million of cash at year-end 2019
So with $36m or £29m in the bank and no dept and a strong market you can only assume that this AIM company is a little of PIs radars and it will only be a matter of time before a few more start taking positions.
£29m in CASH in the bank and a MC £14m so you have a bag just to reach current cash value and this doesn't include location and 100% owned asset and a market for the gas which is higher than the global gas market...……………….
Thank you for being honest about your motives, Lawrence.
I don't intend to be involved with your differences with Earache, but on this board he seems the best-researched poster by far, which is something to take note of, and I would listen to his opinion with care. [I, too, had to ask some very hard questions at SAVP recently - and let's say it doesn't win you friends (but it would have doubled your bank balance!).]
By chance you have alighted here on a very solid share with considerable potential, the main negative being that the management are greedy (their recent inappropriate option award). It would be to your advantage to listen carefully to what Earache has to say here - and with additional research, yo may find an investment here does you very well over a 2 year period.
Good luck.
I absolutely agree with you GottaDoSomething, that is exactly my point and something I would not do but for the fact that Earache has done exactly that and on too many occasions, he has brought negative slants on another BB, malicious and disruptive behaviour, bordering on abuse. I have 3 weeks off and if Earache cannot man up and remove his post unfortunately I have no other choice, he has mistaken kindness for weakness, he must now realise that every action will cause a reaction. Enough is Enough, I will not accept nor tolerate his malicious behaviour any longer. As he has posted vengeful material so shall I, but I say again, Earache has the power to remove and stop his disgraceful behaviour .... I would recommend sooner than later.
OK I think we get it if you feel Earache is not being balanced elsewhere, but don't think you should make it your mission to effectively bring negative slants here as some kind of revenge play on Earache. If your comments are balanced and factual then no one can have any beef. Holds true for any share out there. I do get your frustration tho, as have seen the campaigns to ramp or deramp over the years. Don't like or agree with either approach purely for personal gain. But when has that ever stopped anyone....
What do you make of their cash position v market cap
Prescient note yesterday, Earache. Thanks.

'... The next sign of whether the oil price war continues will come around April 5, when state-owned Saudi Aramco (SE:2222) is expected to release its monthly official selling prices for May. Oil refiners and traders believe that Riyadh will have to deepen its discounts to sell all the oil the kingdom wants. If Aramco does indeed deepen the discounts, it will trigger a fresh round of tic-for-tat actions with other oil producing nations, piling further pressure on prices.'
