Seems I'm one of the few people very pleased with today's release. I'll be buying some more today. No one seems interested in the tantalum, they should be. I'll bet prem is the recipient of a bid we'll north of 1p in 2024. If I'm wrong I'll buy the drinks, if I'm right I'll also buy the drinks.
I don't post here often, but perhaps its a good forum to share some genuine information. I have been asked if I have been selling and if anyone says or thinks I have been selling my holding in Prem, that is incorrect.
I think this is the start of our journey and that we can rival Pilbara minerals.
FWIW I still strongly believe in Prem and the opportunity that lies ahead.
I have well over 1 billion shares and George Roach has over 1.6 billion shares. George recently added to his holding with a further £110k investment last week at 0.92p a share. There is a lot of rumours and misinformation doing the rounds. Good luck to all us genuine long term holders.
Fast money bought it up then decided to leave imho. They won’t see the many multiples of current sp that I believe we will, I plan to keep adding and hold for medium to long term. This is an investment not a trade.
Happy to be if service Acker :-)
Ludicrously cheap v opportunity here imho.
Doubling up seems a sensible option to me at these prices.
Great RNS this morning graphite a key component in EV story, I’m going to be holding and adding as and when I can
Great to see another decent RNS.
They are certainly keeping busy, So many things that could go right here imho.
Will continue to add and hold.
I like the variety on offer here another medium to long term hold for me hopefully.
I already hold some in my portfolio and I’ll continue to add. Continuation of positive news flow and adding a Lithium asset to a basket of already exciting projects. GLA I hope to be a Long term holder here and watch the share price appreciate considerably from current levels.
Nice to see some interest here and yesterdays move shows that there is likely positive news in the pipeline or perhaps just a squeeze for stock. I took a reasonable chunk on the ipo at 10p but I’m now considering buying some more to improve my average ( I nearly doubled up at 4 p but never pulled the trigger) I like the assets here ilmenite and Graphite and I’m happy to sit with it for a few years with potential for multiples of my original investment. A frustrating ride so far but patience may well be rewarded. Graphites importance in the EV revolution still drastically undervalued imho.
Market is pricing this to fail but I think this could come good, medium to long term investment for me. I am unfortunately in at the top so I need to average down my entry price. GLA
I have been in this from issue at 10p as I like the underlying projects, Graphite and Ilmenite are two commodities that are going to do very well imho. I was going to cut and run but now after the new ceo appointment and the progress made so far I think I’m going to average in and increase my holding. Bluejay has also had a very tough time although a very good rise yesterday, maybe some billionaires will like Greenroc in time.
Everyday it gets more likely a serious buyout offer will land on GRs desk. I’m looking forward to getting into production Q1 2023 and I’m still confident we will see 10 x current sp.
Another step closer this week!
Doubters and naysayers are 10 a penny on here.
They said prem was going bust when sp was 0.035p.
They said GR will sell Zulu for a £1.
They said we won’t get EPO.
They said we would get funding to complete DFS.
They said we wouldn’t get funding to build a mine.
Arcadia mine in Zim sold for $422 mil when price of spodumene was much lower.
I could go on and on listing reasons why Prem sp can be many pence per share in the not too distant future. Maybe Prem gets bought out, maybe we follow the growth in market cap that Pilbara have experienced. What I do know is there is a fantastic opportunity ahead of us.
They told me prem was going bust at 0.035 p. You know who you are on this board ha ha! So many negative posters. I’m not trading this like a lot on this board, it’s an investment for me. I’m not looking to sell out soon so ramping as people call it is of no consequence to me, nor is scaremongering for a lower entry price of interest to me as I have enough shares. I am convinced the SP will go to 2,3,5 even 10p a share because prem has such a huge lithium resource and now also the backing to exploit it. There will be more detail to follow of course there will. I see responses to my post from some people saying they stop reading at IMHO or at revenue of $300 mil in 2023. So my opinion or judgment is that flawed is it ? but yet I have floating profits of many millions of pounds on my prem investment, Daz if you and Johnnypc have done better with your investments I take my hat off to you. $300 mil revenue not possible? I suggest you check the current price of SC6 and how many Tons a pilot mine can produce. Stewart, thinks all is not well if I’m taking the time to post? Quite the opposite, all is very well. I thought I’d share my thoughts on today’s RNS and the direction prem is going. I’ll see you all at 2-3 p a share in 12-18 months. Oh and the reason Pilbara took so long from pilot 2017 to full production 2022 ? If that’s correct I suggest you refer to the price of Lithium during this period for an explanation.
Anyone who wants out of this is mental imho.
There will be further updates in due course.
This will be funded by Suzhou on an interest free repayable in off take arrangement. Let’s just pause on this for a minute! Prem will have a fast tracked pilot mine getting us into production in Q1 2023 NO FURTHER DILUTION!!!!! Wonderful news. Debt is interest free repayment is in spodumene off take. Wonderful news. Why are Suzhou doing this ??? Because Zulu is small and poor resource?? NO, come on I think it’s clear why. This is probably the largest hard rock lithium resource in the world and it’s heading for production q1 2023!!! Prices for spodumene are sky high and I bet we can produce 5,000 t a month at approx $5,000 a ton from a pilot mine = $25 mil a month !!! $300 mil a year £245 mil in pounds! A very high % of this will be profit and byproducts will be stockpiled ( they can even make it zero cost to mine once processed) Now let’s consider this is stage 1 of prems move into production and this gives us early revenues and profits and then we have a springboard to ramp up the production and mine capacity to double, treble and even quadruple the 5,000 t a month pilot plant production I expect. So revenues can climb to $1 billion a year. Let me say that again $1 billion a year Prem revenues and a very high % is profit ! Current market cap circa £100 mil. Suzhou driving this now and it won’t be long before we will be receiving dividends larger than our current market cap.
Still holding 1.3 billion shares. I have listened to so much negativity on here, at 0.03 p people told me prem was going bust. Gr will sell Zulu for £1 etc etc. just hold on and you’ll make many many many multiples of current SP all IMHO.

I’m always open to criticism so if someone wants to contest these potential numbers on a PE of 1 I’m interested to listen. Basically I see a 10x SP once in production year 1 and much more in year 2,3,4,5. I’m looking at Pilbara minerals market cap for inspiration.
