'...Turkey is a country with a shortage of energy resources, which makes it heavily dependent on foreign energy resources. However, due to its advantageous geographical position, Turkey promotes the diversification of energy sources. It is an important energy strategic goal for Turkey to promote the diversification of energy sources and build energy hubs. The CPIT corridor can open up Turkey’s Southeast Asian and South Asian markets, diversify its energy export markets, strengthen its strategic position in energy, expand its influence in the Middle East, and even make it a global energy hub; at the same time, the CPIT is conducive to safeguarding its own energy supply, and obtaining oil from the Middle East or Turkmenistan through Iran. Thus, Turkey can realize its diversification of energy source and transportation corridor....'
Hi, Earache - all okay, thanks, until I heard 3 more weeks of the pub not open!

'...3.2. Energy corridor planning of CPIT
The CPIT energy corridor is an energy strategy corridor connecting China, Pakistan, Iran, and Turkey (Fig. 5). It is a strategy proposed in response to China’s “the Belt and Road” initiative (BRI). The transportation forms of this energy strategic corridor can be diversified, consisting of highway, railway, and pipeline and water transportation. Promoting energy infrastructure connectivity is an important part of BRI construction. Energy cooperation can not only meet the demand of China’s stable economic development, but also promote the BRI strategic development pattern, develop interconnected transmission lines and transportation systems, and drive regional economic and financial cooperation along the belt and road....'
Chinese take over!
You heard it here first ........ the stars will align GLA
Seems the MM move the odd trade out to push the book higher then the MM moves and the others step in with there allocation at a lower level, they get bought but shown to be a sell.
Perfect example of this was the other day large spread then a MM put 22p on the book, that purchase was executed then the sp dropped back to 17.5p.
I know this as a few of us where testing the MM and there book movement, the same PI bought lower before and straight after that purchase with MM putting 1000 share allocations on the book.
If you look through the buys you will see they are all blue for 1000 shares several of them but today showed them as sells.......... MM just fuuuuuking about!

The completion of the TAP pipeline could bring further interest in VLU.
From VLU website: 'The Company’s natural gas infrastructure is currently underutilised and has the capacity to handle approximately 50 MMcf/d. This is sufficient capacity to allow for growth in the Company’s conventional production and for the appraisal of the BCGA play and any potential early development project. If the BCGA project is successful then the Company will require access to infrastructure beyond the capacity of its existing grid. There are multiple options for increased capacity with proximal pipeline infrastructure capable of several Bcf/day. These include tie-in to the regional gas distributor GAZDAZ, an existing export line to Greece, the major line from Russia to Istanbul, and the TANAP line which is currently complete to the Greek border and is expected to connect to Italy via the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) in 2020.'
As of Feb 2020 the Tap project was 93.5% completed. https://www.tap-ag.com/pipeline-construction/project-progress

So Mr Chilston, what is your views here and are you looking to take enough to issue a TR-1 how heavy is your trawling going to be be to catch all these cheap shares at the bottom?
I have pondered on a reply to yourself as I am also unable to understand why this SP is so compressed.
1) We have cash in the bank (£29m) which should give the company a "fair value" of 31.5p
2)Further more Q1 updates reported via RNS that the company had an increase in profits of 9%, that RNS also stated that the company was complying with the WSO and didn't forecast any reduction in profits or production.
3)Directors are continuing to buy at these levels (numerous RNS)
4)Gas Supply to the Turkish markets which have a higher price than the global markets
5)Consumers/customers in Turkey require gas, as this make up 90% of their fuel consumption
6)There seems to be a increase in coverage on Twitter and small PI groups
7)Expectation of further news and developments and possible JV partner on their 100% owned assets and interests
Reasons why the SP is suppressed
1) This company is still relatively unknown and of PIs radars, this is obvious due to reasons the following reasons IMO
a - Trading Daily volumes are low for a company of this MC
b- BB activity, regular chat very quiet which suggest there isnt a massive following yet
2)LSE fail to highlight RNS when they are published (cannt work out why this is) 2 x RNS this week neither published and no red dot for
a- Q1 Profit increase and Covid-19 update
b- Directors dealing more buying last week
For me the problem with AIM are most PIs are sheep and will follow the herd, they are not interested in doing their own research and thats why many get spiked, I am confused as to why more dont know about this share, with highs back in 2018 of $6 per share, not so long ago these were still trading at £1.45.
The company has cash in the bank to the tune of £29m so you would expect not to see any more placings for cash, they are cash generative and looking to JV partner there larger 100% owned assets.
short term target (price up to 2 months) - 31.5- 50p
Medium (within 6 months) - 51- £100p
Long term (within 1 year) - £1.50- £2+
Once the herd arrive this will move fast there isnt a lot of shares in issue and there isnt a vast amount of stock around, this is only my opinion as always DYOR GLA
No not a mate of mine and was not meaning this guy don’t know him never heard of him. I was referring to James Goozee he has already taken nearly 8% in PREM and is now showing a interest here, comical really as it was James buying the other day numerous trades and I know that as he was messaging a group I am in, so unsure when the other guy your taking about was buying as myself and a group of people I talk to daily bough 90% of those shares.
I’ve bought about 14,000 shares over the last few sessions.
I wasn’t follow the ‘Lord’ but I’m pleased he is with us on this investment.
Cash position and continued directors buying can’t be ignored in my humble opinion
Have to agree with you char;lie, large cash reserves and directors buying! now some shrewd and savvy investors coming onboard, will see a huge rerate here imo.
Just shows you how unknown this little diamond in AIM bag of tricks, it is being over looked by the average PI.
Some big fish starting to take positions and accumulate, Directors continuing to accumulate with a further RNS this morning (LSE still not showing it), a further RNS land saying profit up on the last quarter by 9% and the Covod-19 having little effect on the revenue it is going to be generating (LSE also didn’t publish).
Has to be one of the most undervalued shares on LSE.
Normally PIs would be posting all day but seems There isn’t many here just a number accumulating, strangely the big fish are bottom feeding on the cheap SP before the little fish get here, normally the other way round.
Interesting times ahead GLA
For that last one google VLU RNS then click onto vox markets will not allow the links, poor that LSE have t posted these two RNS
(Admin any chance of updating the RNSs?)
Directors buying RNS today 14-04-2020
****************************/rns/announcement/32283dfc-d326-40f0-8c7b-517a6ebf9cc9
A trawler, not a trader, has entered the building :-)
Looking forward to seeing an erectional move north. Strap in
And strong cash position
Why does the RNS not appear here?
10k buy gone through whats the next move fore the MM .......................... Mor games or let this finally move TSX time approaching ..........................................
Who wants them only 10k remain @ offer
And MM still holding onto the SP only thing to change is they have tightened to spread ...........Plus directors buys like a ****ed gun ready to go off !
Cheeky MM not many shares around 22p being paid yet they show the SP as down and in the red by fluctuating (cough, manipulating) the spreed.
We have the added bonus that this share is covered on two markets so expect the afternoon rally to continue and SP to build from here GLA
'...Recently, in light of the global COVID-19 pandemic, economic activity in Turkey has begun to slow down, resulting in reduced gas demand from some of Valeura’s light industrial customers. This reduced demand has been managed primarily by curtailing third-party gas throughput, and imposing only minimal reductions to Valeura’s equity gas production. Valeura’s recent gas production has averaged approximately 75-80% of the Q1 2020 average rate....'
$2.8m (Q1 2020) x 75% = $2.1m revenue for Q2 2020, if same reduced rate averaged throughout April- June.
