Posted this a while ago...might help "re whats going on here.....simple share price movement, they go up and down, the key is timing , the fste 100 is not far off from where it was 20 years ago !! however look at the movements over that time, now look at the 1 year graph for cine and compare with another fste 250 company oxford instruments ( OXIG ) for those that brought CINE at say 90-100 range why are you still in it ? where is your stop loss ? look at the graph .Now look at OXIG if you brought at say 15.00 you may of got stooped out at say 17.50 but that is a good profit, everyone is looking for 50/100 /200% profit , believe me 5/10 % profits add up ,and you can recover a 5%loss ..its simple trading discipline ( i learnt the hard way from Marconi shares , and if you were trading back then and still trading now i will accept your criticism . "
Dont often comment on here but Latino comment "You’re clearly deramping " to Doc83 made me laugh !! Looking at the chart this share was 50 or 60p ? its now .0013p......it really isn't deranping just stating the obvious ......just look at the graph. ps just dropped to 0012p
Who knew this would work .....Bombard JB jwbarr@mosmanoilandgas.com with resignation
Good afternoon John
On behalf of shareholders, I am contacting you regarding the ongoing poor performance of Mosman and the future under current leadership.
You are clearly a proud man and Mosman is your baby having established it Mosman in 2014. The results sadly don’t lie, a share price drop of 99.9%, raise after raise, no director investment in the open market for over 4 years. Drill after drill is going to be game changing, alas not.
No Helium joint ventures, no IPO details and funding even more unlikely, given no ROI for shareholders. 12 months on Cinnabar is the same as previous failures. After 9 years back to 65 BOPED for the last quarter.
It takes a very proud man to take a step back and acknowledge to yourself I have taken this as far as I can. For Mosman’s shareprice to improve it needs someone leading the company not associated with previous poor performance.
All great leaders of countries and sporting clubs are accountable and have to step aside eventually.
Please do the right thing for shareholders and seriously considering stepping aside and appoint David Minchin in temporary charge.
Avoid further damage that an EGM will cause and RNS your immediate resignation.
Wishing you all the best in the future.
Yours faithfully
Big-blue,had a few "disagreements" with you on covid and IAG etc but you post on Russian/Ukraine is all too close to the reality i think .. good "wall " illustration that highlights to way things take place and that Ukraine is not "performing" for a global TV audience .good post
Good point wellington99, however not many will understand your point of debt ...i remember AA group and same problem of debt ....this comment comes to mind..."So the price drifts lower ..why ? the basics of shares, MM were never going to get "excited " by bids of 40p, 60p . £1.00 etc they know the real value and the debt is colossal for a mkt cap of £150m .Who ever does buy the AA ( if indeed they do ) will be looking for two things 1/ to purchase at lowest price possible to make any deal viable ( think about the basic principle ,,car seems cheep at £5000., very economical etc..but needs £50000 spent on it ,simplistic but you get the idea ) 2/ financing the deal . ( again think of the conversation with the bank manager to finance the deal ) MM and the market players are key and MM do not like to be caught the wrong side of the market... (they hate rns in the middle of the day ) so will keep the price to reflect certainty or uncertainly in the price .! and so AA bid Less than prevailing share price!! You cannot ignore debit!!! ps the comment "debt which can be easily and cheaply now restructured by new owner we are worth minimum of 50p! " , 5p or 50p. think about the debt..the possible bidders are very seriously !!
Well lets hope the head office opens next week after the holiday.....no body answering the phone all this week, will give them the benefit of doubt ...but not looking hopeful...
However what one hand gives...".The US is considering imposing new Covid restrictions on Chinese arrivals, after Beijing announced it would reopen its borders next month.
American officials say this is due to a lack of transparency surrounding the virus in China, as cases surge.
On Wednesday, Italy announced plans to enforce mandatory testing, after tighter measures were outlined by Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan and India." ....the other takes away...
London Stock Exchange can suspend any share at any time without an RNS from the company
Rule 1510 of the Rules of the
London Stock Exchange. "As a result of the
deterioration in settlement performance, the trading of Trackwise Designs plc
shares has been temporarily suspended under Rule 1510 of the Rules of the
London Stock Exchange. Settlement of outstanding transactions can continue
whilst the security is suspended. The Exchange will continue to monitor the
settlement situation and when trading is to be restored, the market will be
notified by Stock Exchange Notice." hope that helps
Sharebel, when ever a share doesn't perform how WE expected it too. all sort of reasons are given , undervalued, MM manipulation , and i have averaged down so must go up etc However as i have said many times MM are the key. They know there job, and make good money , my post was going to be at 8am "MM will not open higher than 17-18p as they have stock to shift particularly 1 MM JBNER" but knew the response i would get ! until the stock balances buys and sells , sorry but its going no where and they will continue to sell into any heavy buying.
Today's top 5 rises are nearly all oil company ,sum not even producing , so this share continues to fall.? investing is following the market Not wishing ,hoping etc that said share has "got " to go up as it continues to fall , question ..what IS the market telling you about this share ? take away the emotion and im sure you can see
Bantham, wise words , "Wishful thinking becomes the only determinant of what investment action you take."
Any one who brought this above say £1,30 and is moaning ,Where is your stop loss! , and if you brought at above £1.60 and still in...well hopefully important lesson learnt for future investments.
