In the grand scheme of things, I once worked for a company with a global revenue of $100mpa across 6-7 sites and 300+ employees, the MD earned around the same salary as Satu last year. It's not like this was a 12 month accident, this has been 2-3 years of the same with no indication of likely changes.
Bod will be investigated if a complaint, with evidence is submitted to the FCA.
Did anyone ever prosecuted in this Aim. Shares ?
Administration looks likely now. Directors will probably buy IP for peanuts . BoD should be prosecuted for misleading shareholders
I don't believe anyone wanted this, but it had to be done...
I am at the stage now where I have written off my investment.. after 4/5 years its only now worth just under £100, and losing that is worth it to stop them fleecing anyone else.
and regarding 201, 401 etc... I seriously doubt that there are any products at all...
AND Satu, at the current SP, owns exactly £930 of shares…. THAT, speaks volumes about how much she cares. Its a cash cow, a lifestyle fund, a party slush fund, a way of paying for her weekend vino. She appears to have very little ''skin in the game'' and acts more like a milkmaid….and i am one of the cashcows….well…… its time for her to mooove on.
George and Satu putting the letter 'h' in cancer since time immemorial. Have they ever taken a pay cut while selling off assets and doing funding deals which crippled the SP? A business that can only last six weeks without emergency help is not a viable business. If you counted up the amount of cash investors have lost under their stewardship it would be eye-watering. Forgive me if I have a sympathy by-pass for this particular board.
total loss? you mean the remaining 1% or less of original investment?
big fing deal!
Chrisatrdg, I really think no one want to see this situation, obviously everyone wanted to support the BOD and no one want to lose their monet, but this lot had countless chances, they treated shareholders with no respect. I rather I lose my money and stop this lot do any more damage to current and future shareholders, they had had numerous times to rescue themselves but they did not seem to care. To be honest I don't really know if this BOD is really care at the moment. So let see what they will do next, they need to show that they do care and stop paying themselves large salaries, all they have done over the years is bringing the value of this company down fast. Where is the result of VAL201? it is in 6-7 years already. We have seen nothing...
Chris these directors have had the support of shareholders in cash call after cash call.
No, it'll just cease trading. Active in the background.
I, personally, would like to see funding come in from those who have taken massive salaries. If they were to chuck in a million - in return for shares then I can see a future here. There are a lot of holders who bought in at 4p or higher looking at a 99% drop in value. The only reason I've not sold is that I bought in using profits from something else and believe in the products.
Well I hope that those who did not support the resolutions are happy because I am not. Some people have to get real this is Biotech & funding is not easy.It makes no sense not supporting the Directors we are now all at risk of loosing all of our money. It is totally insane not supporting the Directors what do yo all think you have achieved all I can see is high risk of insolvency & total loss.
